The hostel was super modern, clean, and had great amenities. Laundry was free which was great and there's even a cafe on the first floor.

the hotel was in a great location, nearby subway station, buses and DDP. you can get from there to every place in seoul. the check-in and out were very simple and fast. besides getting bunch of keys for everything, the hotel's very safe. the bed was clean and comfy and the room was nice. you can also use a kitchen (with equipment), library, common space and much more.

The facility was amazing. Room was good size. Bed and blanket were simple, clean and comfy. Share bathroom in the room with others without any problems. Was an absolutely comfortable stay although just for one night. I should have stayed here for longer but already booked elsewhere due to the place right in the middle of Myeongdong where I want to spend more time. But Mangrove is still conveniently close to other shops in Dongdaemun. Staff were very incredibly friendly and helpful. I didn’t expect it to be that great. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back if I visit Korea again.

Optimal use of space in a clean and peacefull design where i had everything that i needed within range. All mutual areas were clean. Peacefull library and canteens for relaxation, checking emails or doing some work. Well equipped fitness room and relax room for morning routines. Good coffeeshop on ground level, 7 eleven next door and acces to 3 subway lines within walking distance. Perfect location.

The QR code system for the elevators is a bit cumbersome.

The location was near exit 4 of the dongdaemun history station, and there was a lift at that exit, making it easy to carry my luggage to the lodging. There is also a 7-11 near the lodging. I had minimal contact with the staff members but each encounter was very pleasant. The room, though not the biggest, was very well thought out. It did not feel cramped in the room at all and there were plenty of storage space. The dressing table space was one of my favourite. The bed was sufficiently big and comfortable. There was a single window in the room that could be opened and there was also a net that could be pulled down to prevent bugs from entering. The room had an air conditioner that doubled up as a heater. The toilet was really clean and bright. It was additionally satisfying that the floors dried up fast. The toiletries provided smelt really pleasant too. The common facilities were all very clean. The kitchen was spacious, the laundry room had plenty of machines available (though it was fully occupied at night), the gym was well equipped. Overall had a really pleasant stay

There was a bit of mold under the mattress that I accidentally saw before I left. Everything was really nice and clean in general, so overall have nothing to complain about other than that small detail.

Super close to Dongdaemun Plaza (DDP) as well as to the metro station. I enjoyed especially the rooftop. It was a little cold so not a lot of people were there but the views are amazing to enjoy a sip of soju while you look over the city. Roommates were nice and friendly and with one I even went out for a pub crawl.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station which houses three subway lines and a 12 min walk from Sindang Station which has another subway line!

Room was a little too small to maneuver big luggages. If you have small luggages it won’t be an issue. I think I’ll book a bigger room next time, but it isn’t a fault on their part.

Loved the location. Airport Limousine bus stop is just across the road, multiple metro stations were close by. Rooms were neat and tidy if a little too small. We were not left wanting for more regarding amenities. Check in and check out were a breeze, no tedious registration process as we had our QR code ready to access the room. All in all good value for money and would stay here again should we choose to return to the Dongdaemun neighborhood.

If some accommodation regulars can be found :such as after 23:00 no noise allowed in dom. Room will be much better. Someone come back at around 2:00am, turned light and make noise which affect the experience of accommodation this time.

The only thing would be the curtains for privacy in the shared room which can only cover your own bunk bed space up to the ladders. If you want some privacy during your stay, you would need to consider this.

- Friendly staff: you can ask them questions and they will answer as much as possible in english, if not they would use translation. - Mail box: you could buy stuff online and it would be sent to the accommodation and placed in the mailroom, just to make sure if it will arrive during your stay. - Amenities: there are washing and drying machine on the site free to use. Also there is a water dispenser on each floor, although they would give you 2 water bottles every time they clean the room.

Prime location close to metro, DDP, APM mall and many more shopping places. Airport limo bus was just across the road. Kitchen and laundry were great amenities. Water dispensers on every floor. I liked everthing abt this place. It was clean and staff was helpful

Not really a con but probably should note that some facilities are only accessible if you "reserve" in advance via the chat web app you will get access to at check in. Wasn't a big issue for me, but if you'd want to use the gym daily, you would probably need to take note that it could be booked out depending on the crowd.

Great facilities, very nice coliving space. Well equipped kitchens & common spaces for remote working. Very clean too and good security! Location was convenient, but no big supermarket nearby so was kind of hard to get groceries. But good restaurant options nearby!
