Very limited option for breakfast - really little fruits, veggies, no option to change, no flexibility, it was hard to find anything to eat and it is the most important meal of the day.

Although train line exit 7 is right in front, no elevator for travellers with larger bags. Elevator is in the middle of main road between exits 5 & 7. It was no fun looking how to get down to the tracks in the busy street. Would have been nice to have a tourist map or some guidance during check in.

The water pressure in the shower was fairly weak but it was a very small issue for an otherwise amazing stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the interiors at the hotel are beautiful. The room was incredibly comfortable and had plenty of space.

The only thing I could pick on was the size of the bath towels, but it really is not a big deal.

I loved the hotel and the comfy bed. The location was fantastic, if you like walking on holidays it is only a 5 minute walk to the Myeongdong city centre! There are amazing places around the hotel and our room was always cleaned to perfection. The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself is so stunning- we were also upgraded which was so sweet!

The only criticism I could have is that the in-house dining options / mini-bar were exorbitantly expensive however there are many restaurants / convenience stores / Namdaemun market nearby so it is more or less a "lazy tax".

We arrived late to the hotel, around midnight, after a long flight and equally long customs process. We were tired and a bit dejected at the length of the journey however once we reached the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff who gave us a complimentary room upgrade. It was very much appreciated at the time.

Fun quirky hotel at a very convenient location! We arrived a bit early and even though the hotel was fully booked, Daniel at the reception desk went above and beyond to ensure we get an early check-in and even managed to find us a better room. All the other staff was very friendly and courteous as well, and the overall experience was above our expectations. Highly recommend for your stay at Seoul.

Hard to find. and on a steep incline. Means bit of a hike to anywhere. Breakfast was weird with two large fixed menus. Seemed rigid for an upscale hotel as unwilling to accommodate special requests. Just wanted something light. Best if you are using because of Singapore airline connection.

Had a lady at front desk staff who was super helpful. The larger room & bathroom were lovely and comfortable. The decor is bizarre but entertaining and lobby is up a few floors common in Seoul. Fantastic cocktails in the bar in the evening

It’s stunning inside, the location is fantastic, you get a robe and slippers in your room. The bathroom is superb I cannot fault the hotel at all. They also stored our luggage for us for four days whilst we travelled

Maybe lacking the little bit extra service that would push it over the edge to greatness. With the reception on 7th floor the stay felt very impersonal and I never got a connection with the staff. I could have just stayed in an Airbnb. Some minor things could have been improved in the room for an even more comfortable stay, better storage ( one dresser for example) and more hangers.

Nothing at all, we were so happy with everything.

This hotel was amazing, and we were transported to olden day Paris. We were given an upgrade to a suite, and this was a big highlight of the trip. The room was so spacious, and very well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well, and having a separate lounge area was also great. The location is also fantastic, walking distance to local attractions, and right in front of a train station entrance which was very handy on rainy days to get to the further places. The staff were very frendly as well.

Perfection for us would have been having convenient access to a laundromat in the hotel or in the building.

I’m giving this hotel a ten because it deserves an average rating of 9 or higher. This a great place for a relaxing vacation in Seoul. Just steps from an entrance Seoul’s excellent subway system and near many central locations. The staff was very professional and friendly. We also had great experience with the bar and its friendly staff. The generous room size was the icing on the cake to allow relaxation between outings.
