The room had complimentary drinks in the fridge as also a nespresso machine/kettle. A clean modern room with several amenities. There was also a laundry room in the building., which was a perk. Unfortunately the deck was dead as was the voodoo restaurant which closed early and was mostly empty.

The only downside would be if you are sensitive to noise. The hotel faces a busy street but the noise never caused me a problem.

The property was centrally located with excellent shopping and dining nearby. The bus and subway made it easy to get to other destinations.

It would have been great to be able to watch all these classic Korean films on the TV in the room... The plug in the centre of the bath tub was a bit awkward: when I moved, the plug would let out the water!

The location was fabulous: very buzzy, and lots to observe from the second floor, but also very quiet once the window was closed. I loved the film theme running through the entire hotel. Great toiletries!

The staff at H28 is so helpful and kind. They helped me with my missing luggage and my esim-card. Everyone was so attentive and nice. My room was beautiful and very close to the reception (room No 615-deluxe double room). The rooftop is open 24 hours and is ideal for smokers. All the convenience stores (bubble tea/coffee shop, G25, Seven Eleven, Lemon Mart (supermarket), pharmacy, restaurants, tube station are within 2-5 min walking distance). There is also a nice cafe next to the hotel, Cream Chic, which I also highly recommend. I already booked my next trip in December and will stay again hat H28.

The bell/front door gentlemen not helpful. They mostly stool around and talked to each other. Did not help with luggage on the way in nor leaving. Only jumped when a person in a Rolls Royce pulled up.

A bit difficult to park a car nearby or even stop one next to the hotel for drop off and pick up.

The only negative comment we have is that the room and hotel is a little dark. It was a little hard to put on make up in the morning.

The room and facilities was very nice and modern. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and very helpful. The location is right in the middle of Myeongdong so it was very convenient shopping and eating in the area. The minibar is complimentary and always well supplied. We liked having the free popcorn at night when we returned from a long day.

I wasn’t sure why the bath was needed and took up such a lot of the room - although I did change my mind after returning to the hotel on a cold and wet Seoul evening!

Very helpful staff, great central location three minutes from a metro stop, comfortable room. Also we enjoyed the showcasing of the founder’s movie work through the library and photos. We overlooked a busy street but the noise outside didn’t reach us on the fifth floor.

We stayed 4 nights in this nice boutique hotel (provided already a favorable review about the hotel, room and location). We left for nine days and could leave our luggage at the hotel. We stayed another 2 nights and it was very pleasant again. We were greeted back by names and our luggage showed up within a minute. We got our favorite room choice without even requesting it. The service is just great.
