Most taxis seem unfamiliar where the pick up for hotel guest is. Encountered few taxi cancellations.

Check in is at 3pm and this is not exactly known when booking the room, even when one indicates an earlier arrival. I was asked to wait till 3pm to check in when I arrived at 12pm. This is not suitable for those who arrive with a long distance oversea flight and want to use part of the day to catch up with the sleep and jet lag. The hotel needs to be more accommodating with an early check in if this is indicated at the time of the booking.

The hotel is close to Seoul train station which is handy for those who want to spend a night close to the station for a connection next day. Very good breakfast. The room is very comfortable and modern.

Clean room, helpful staff, city views from high rise. You can exit the hotel directly to Seoul Station without going out on the street.

I would equip the underground tunnel that connects directly to the subway station with automatic doors. It is inconvenient if you have suitcases.

The hotel is located on the top floors of a skyscraper located opposite Seoul Central Station. The view of the city from the rooms is beautiful. The delicious breakfast with chefs who freshly prepare the food.

Room was too high up for me, basic tea/coffee (but lots of good coffee shops nearby), room small, there is a automatic light near the bathroom that will come on during the night if you use the bathroom (it can’t be turned off)

The room size and level of services for an hotel of that level and price felt underwhelming. I had higher expectations. The gym is puny which is poor again and there are not enough lifts

Carpet inside the rooms are old enough already, may need replacement or a deep cleaning.

Although it’s location is Seoul Station, the walk from the station to the hotel via the underground passageway is quite a distance- this may be difficult if you have multiple luggages to carry. No shuttle services provided from the hotel to the station. However, if you only have one luggage per person, this shouldn’t be an issue.

We were there in March and the heater could not be adjusted. There were days where the room gets really warm and we had to open up the windows for the cool breeze to enter.

Location was connected to subway, very convenient. However, the walk to take the Arex train is long and tedious.

You can get off at seoul station and take exit 12 and walk directly to hotel without going on street level. On-site coint laundry only for guests. 5,000 W to wash and 5,000 to dry. Washing detergent can also be purchased. CU right outside of hotel as well.

need better direction how to find the hotel from station.. no clue no sign. its not as close as i thought. its far as location is cross the road from seoul station. but we walk down stair like a tunnel yes we can walk but with big luggage is not easy and we have to ask people around and mostly do not know . hotel should give us maps when we book . they just say entrance 12 ..but need 30 minutes to get entrance 12 the rest are ok
