I really liked the hotel. Very clean, cleaning is every day, hotel and rooms are very beautiful. There was no noise, it was very quiet and peaceful. The location is also great. Highly recommend!

Could easily hear noises outside room on corridor. Almost felt like the door was open at times. Thankfully, other than one night where I was woken, it didn't bother us too much.

Close to bus stops. Close to local food and convenience stores. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Cleaning was really good. Shower was nice and staff very friendly. Would stay again.

Really loved the location of this hotel - lots of restaurants immediately around and close (one street away) to convenience store’s and transport again close by. Staff were super helpful and friendly, great size room and bathroom. Also close to Palaces (within walking distance) and Main Street with Civic offices etc. Would stay again! Thank you Seoul 🥰

While there are many buses and train options around the hotel, it can be difficult getting there as there is a slope to climb up. The hotel isn't located on the main street, and cafes below the hotel are closed during weekends (as the hotel is located in a business district) which can be inconvenient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! Staff are kind and willing to help - they helped us to order taxis and gave us directions to places. Location wise - it's located very near Exit 9 of City Hall station (although there's a slope to climb so it can be difficult moving around with luggage) and the location is central. It is easy to go to places like Hongdae and Myeongdong either via bus or train. There's also a variety of food options + convenience store right below the hotel. The room had all the amenities we can ask for, and is spacious enough to accommodate large luggages.

the gym can be improved and the door to the pool was closed. opening times of the gym and pool could be better. one recommendation would be to allow for 24h access to the gym with the room key.

The pool costs extra, this is a big disappointment and not immediately obvious on booking.com. There was no air conditioning in the gym, so very warm for workouts and the air conditioning for the rooms was average. We had some very warm weather while we were in Seoul and the air con was struggling to get the temperature of the room to where I like it (to be fair I like the room below 19 degrees).

Rooms very clean, very well presented. Small but functional gym allowed a few workouts while away. Daily water/coffee/tea a nice touch.

Additional payment for use of the swimming pool. The amount is not high (about Eur 12 for two hours) but this is totally unusual and should not be applied. Apart from this - nothing that I did not like.

Everything. Excellent location in the business area of Seoul, close to the Seoul Station and several major streets. My room was on the 16th floor, the view was ok but nothing special (the tall building across was under reconstruction). The room was big, clean, with a comfortable bed and big TV. Excellent bathroom. I also used the swimming pool - and was alone there. The staff was nice, fast and efficient.

The price is to high for the hotel lake this , for sure you can find something similar and more cheaper in this area.

Curtains did not close entirely, but easily resolved with eye mask. Also closets have no shelves (hanging only).

Centraal location with City Hall Metro nearby, convenience store and restaurants around the hotel and walking distance from markets and sights. Laundry, pool & fitness in the basement. Great water pressure!

No door for toilet, there was basically one slide door which divided the sleeping room and toilet/shower/entry. When coming back in room/put your card in door, every light and tv switches on. Only 2 elevators present, sometimes you have to wait longer. One washing and one drying machine available for whole building.

The room was a decent size, especially considering its location in the office and financial district. It was very well insulated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for reaching Seoul Station and catching the train to the airport.
