Hotel price is much higher in weekend as compared with weekday and hope that the price can adjust if the customer reserve the room for 4 to 5 days including the weekend and grant a special offer and discount.

Hotel location is very convenient with Metro and Airport shuttle bus as well as the day tour meeting point. In addition, you can buy everything such as skincare products, snack and having lunch and dinner are comfortable.

We have to insert the room key card to power up the lights and AC/fan in the room. When we leave, everything is shut off so we come back to a stuffy, hot room. It'd be great to have the room temp stayed set, not off. There was some stain on a pillowcase.

The hotel is super convenient, close to everything, subway station, night market, shopping, ... Front desk staff is polite and helpful in giving us information of the area. Cleaning staff is very nice and quick. Our family loved the mini garden on the roof top. We bought coffee and breakfast from Isaac Toast and enjoyed them at the tables up there. The room is a bit small if you have large suite cases. The bathroom is spacious and modern, although I could hear voices/laughs from the room on the other side of our bathroom wall. The bath robes and flipflops are nice.

Location was fantastic, within walking distance to all shopping and entertainment in myeongdong. Bed was very comfortable, though room was on the smaller side. They even provided bathrobes. We did not request to make up our room, but they nonetheless provided fresh set of towels and water (left in basket at our door).

Maybe the hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The room and hotel restaurant were a bit small.

Perfect location near Myeongdong Street and Myeongdong Station. Convenient starting point for most places such as N Seoul Tower, Shinsegae Duty Free, Namdaemun Market. An Isaac Toast and Nice to CU are right next to the hotel. Lots of restaurants, cafes and fast food nearby.

I did not like how they displayed 3 breakfast choices, but offered only 2. On one day they only had one choice to choose from until another angry customer complained that they then decided to change their breakfast choice to two.

The room is slightly cramped for 3 person to stay if you have large suitcases, but it will make do if the suitcases are not fully opened.

The location is really near to the subway, about a minute walk from exit 5 of Myeongdong Station. Very near to Myeongdong street night market as well.

Only drawback is that the toilet door did not fully close, and didn't have a lock. Didn't affect the stay though.

In-house breakfast option is very limited and a bit overpriced. Not a problem though, with Isaac's Toast just outside the door and Paris Baguette just across the street (and a whole lot of other cafes and restaurants within the block).

The hotel's location is ideal, steps away from the bus stop, street markets, restaurants and convenience stores, with the biggest advantage being the proximity to the airport limousine stop, making the transfer to and from the airport a breeze. Notwithstanding the busy location, rooms were well insulated from outside and inside noise, allowing a good night's rest. Service is super efficient - probably from the brand's heritage as a leading global budget business hotel chain. Checking in and out literally took a couple of minutes. The rooms, while modest in size, were thoroughly cleaned every day.

Room is cleaned daily with new towels & new bed linens. Toiletries replaced daily,a big bottle of lotion was given when the cleaning lady knew I would use in this cold weather.Corridor smells good.
