The apartment had a kitchen but there were no lighters to light the gas cooker. The property does not provide lighters for the cooker. It is a bit far from the beach.

The location is near major conference venues in Shanzu. It was quiet and clean. Good internet access. There is a swimming pool. The breakfast was great with amazing kitchen staff.

The property proffered Kenya shillings over USD dollars but helped by Mr Hannington, It was resolved and we were able to pay the fess without issues.

we prepared our own breakfast and it was really really wonderful. Mr. Hannington Kataka our Host was the best thing that has happened to us in Mombasa.

We enjoyed our stay at Nightingale Apartments with my wife and daughter...the baby pool was quite exciting for my daughter and their Executive Chef James made for us nie Indian Curry. The view of the Indian Ocean from the balcony of our 3rd fllor apartment was clear and the breeze most welcome in this hot times in whole region. I recommend it for those travelling with families. It is near Safari Inn where we enjoyed afew beers with some friends

We had a big and spotless self-catering apartment. Wifi and big screen TV worked fine. The grounds were spacious and the pool was crystal clear. Lovely breakfast. My family loved this resort.

The kitchen wasn't up to standard Incase I wanted to cook-there was no gas and the cutlery wasn't of good quality or enough. Two aluminum sufurias can't do it for me! Their food is a bit expensive. It made sense for me to go to town or Mtwapa for food.

The Mattress! It's the most comfy mattress I have ever slept on. The air conditioning is also so great that I didn't notice the heat in Mombasa. Their swimming pool is super clean. Their sitting room is super spacious! You could literally host 5 other people comfortably! Super friendly staff!

As above. There is nothing I liked. Only the gate keeper who was responsible. The rest of the staff have no customer experience.

The location is wanting. Bad road and access. I was given a dilapidated room with falling drawers and falling door handles. The water from shower is too little and waisted my time there. Paying for AC Ksh. 1500 is poor management. The bedroom is too small for a hot place. The Matress was uncomfortable- sinking. The TV was too small for a huge room

The furniture, the kitchen equipment, and the bed was made of chip boards.

The food was awesome. The lady at the kitchen/ restaurant was great. A conversationalist and did understand what the guests needs.
