First too much of dust on bed and shads. Mattress was also bad. We could not sleep due to dust issue. Also when we asked for Taxi they called some local taxi service for our Pisa station drop. That Taxi driver did fraud with us. I would request hotel to do something about it. After our trip driver said our card payment did not go through so i paid in cash. Later i noticed it was success but looks like he took advantage of use we did not know local language. I have even sent out email to taxi service but no response

Do not take meat steaks in a restaurant. The meat looks good and tastes good, but you will be pleased with no less than a kilogram, of which there will be 50% bone, 25% cold and warm fat and only 25% meat. We went to the refrigerator, chose meat, asked for a small piece. The piece was indeed not large, but the name of the meat in the check was different from the one we chose. They counted the kilogram, but did not declare the weight when serving. So there was a feeling that we were cheated, especially when the receipt revealed completely different meat...magically even more expensive than the most expensive one in me.

We liked the location and neat appearance of the hotel. 70 percent of the staff are pleasant and polite. There were also not very pleasant conversations with the staff, but this is a feeling not only from the hotel, but also from the whole of Italy. It's as if we owe them something and don't pay it back. The restaurant is good, but be careful, almost all the dishes have black truffle.

The hotel is nice enough but not 4-star level. Its location is not very suitable for tourists, one will need a car for moving around and visiting the city.

Nothing really except you need to use public transport, local buses or taxis to get around as it’s a bit away from the centre. However, we managed pretty well as buses are frequent and easy to use.

Good staff, helpful & friendly- both at reception and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, cleaned everyday.

Great location for airport.......a flight cancellation meant that we needed an extra night......the hotel were really helpful and we managed to keep the same room. Well Done!!

Location and bathroom. 1. The location may be inconvenient if you plan a short stay to enjoy only the Pisa center. 2. It's a pity that this lovely hotel has problems with plumbing. The shower was working poorly. And only the mounted part was running water. The one you hold in your hand wasn't working at all.

It's a neat and modern hotel. Staying here for the second time. Breakfast is more than excellent for Italy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, the quality is very good for its price.

Asked reception about buses to Pisa train station - staff member was very vague and didn't give detailed information. Google Maps was much more helpful!

Our itinial room was not clean. Staff were quick to apologies and offer another. The room overlooked the bar and restaurant and the music was loud until midnight which kept us awake

My partner, myself and our 6 month old needed somewhere to stay before travelling to Tuscany. We were very impressed with the hotel and would stay again. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. It was first time travelling with a child and they made it very easy. They had a cot prepared. The room was clean, tidy, well presented, modern and functional. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Food and wine was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. Continental with hot and cold options and a freshly squeezed OJ machine! Parking was right outside the hotel and was free and felt secure. Wasn't noisey at all despite being near airport.

Far from the center of Pisa, but you know that on beforehand.

Good beds, nice breakfast. Ideal hotel when travelling further, and thus not visiting Pisa.
