Only thing was there was not a guest lounge to relax as weather was poor on arrival so stayed in room. But next morning the gardens were lovely to sit in.

So beautiful and very comfortable, exceptional staff and the best massage in the spa by the spa manager. Breakfast on the terrace superb and again superb service.

Scent sticks in the atrium of the room took a while to air out, seems not fitting for a country of orange, lemon and almonds. The free bikes worked, at least barely, but are hopelessly outdated.

Wonderful peaceful and quiet location in the suburbs of Palermo. Excellent breakfast, very friendly service. This hotel is located in a historic villa with gardens and fountains, visit the upstairs to step into the ancient regal villa. A good restaurant is next door. A large parking lot with electric vehicle charger is also available.

Stunning palace with comfortable rooms, amazing artwork throughout. Spa is highly recommended. Spectacular show at the back garden with one of a kind Fountain in Europe. Breakfast is heavenly, compliments to the chef 😋 If you lucky enough to get a reservation at Villa del Gattopardo, the owner will take you on immersive journey of local heritage and sacred history of the Palace. Had to ask for a bedside light - provided night 2. Sound proofing could be better - heard people next door. NO RESTAURANT. No swimming pool. Bit expensive in view of lack of facilities.

No place to have drinks, lunch, or dinner at the hotel. Getting in and out of the property sometimes difficult even with an electronic opener. Although the property itself is beautiful & clean, the surrounding streets are pretty dirty & wouldn't want to walk through alone. Reception should tell guests about park with museum that is a short walk away & how to get there. Guests should be encouraged to walk through 1st floor rooms. They are wonderful, and not mentioned at all. Hotel is hiding once of its nicest features. Should have cocktails for guests on terrace.

Beautiful facilities. Breakfasts were fantastic. Facilities were kept very clean and tidy. Rooms have old-fashioned luxury. Staff at breakfast were kind & professional.

Would be great if had an honesty bar/bar for residents for an aperitif.

Really beautiful villa and room. Staff were great. Is a shame that there is no bar or pool… but know that a pool is coming next year. Felt like being on an 18th century grand tour. Fountain was fabulous.

Will be great if hotel got own bar to sit outside in the evening for drink or two :) but there is delicious pizzeria- restaurant recommended by hotel staff ( really very good ) just 20 meters from hotel for dinner & drinks

The most wonderful place to stay as a start to a holiday in Sicily - the marvellous restored building is a real treat to spend time in & it is well placed for visiting the Palazzo Cinese and the coast for really delicious food. The location was somewhat a bit of a disappointment: a more urban location than we expected, otherwise quiet, but close to 2 restaurants very busy in the evenings.

A beautiful place with extremely friendly people. And what a great breakfast, all by ourselves, in the little kiosk in the back garden!

There was nothing to not like...we died and went to heaven....

The hotel is an oasis in Palermo. The property is spectacular in every way, a true gem. Definitely worth the price for the experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous. A lovely breakfast was served in a gazebo near our room. We had a two bedroom suite. We were traveling with a guide. The rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean. Spacious bathrooms as well.

We booked the place for one night as we had to wait for another friend to get out of the hospital, since he had to stay the night. With all the personal stress involved, I can say the beauty of the Hotel and the kindness of the staff helped a lot. The breakfast was abundant and just amazing. Oh, oh, and the Circus is close by. All in all, highly recommended!

AC worked fine but could cool down the rooms a bit more for my liking. But I assume due to the size of the room and the extremely high ceilings not quite possible.

Wonderful, huge and clean rooms with nice furniture situated in a beautiful park area. You feel like you are not in a city at all. Parking right next to the hotel (gated and video monitored). Wifi worked great. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Two out of three spoke English very well. Breakfast good and plenty of stuff to choose from. Would definitely book again.
