The breakfast could be expanded to include more hot meals as well as the cold buffet. The location of the hotel, doesn’t represent the hotel’s luxury, however it is next to the city’s nightlife, and all of the amenities.

In a good location. Many sites of interest within walking distance. I'm a sucker for this kind of place: Art Nouveau with lots of draperies and tapestries with high ceilings and chandeliers, slightly over their best period but still beautiful. Well kept up and clean and comfortable. Breakfast included. Friendly helpful staff.

The breakfast could have been better. I did not like their coffee and the fruit on offer was tinned. However there was a good selection of pastries!

The Art Deco elegance as well as the modern comfort. The staff were extremely helpful. The centre was easily walkable from the hotel. We were also impressed by the city.

As we drove nearer, my heart sank at the state of the neighbourhood (graffiti, rubbish), but we couldn't have been more surprised when we stepped inside! This is an absolute gem of a hotel! Superb staff (helped us park in the hotel grounds), who recommended the most extraordinary and brilliant street restaurant for dinner. Both our enormous hotel room, super breakfast AND the local restaurant were all knock-out brilliant and we've been recommending this hotel every since!

At the price point we would have expected more vegan options at breakfast or at the very least allergens could have been listed on the food items which is quite commonplace to find these days. With that said, although the breakfast options were bit slim for us, on request we were offered cappucinos with oat milk that we very much appreciated.

The hotel has charm and an aesthetic air reminiscent of Hercule Poirot films and it is conveniently located. Our room at the top floor was pleasantly cool at night and the bed linens were of top quality - we had very good sleep. The staff at reception, especially Silvio, were very welcoming and professional. As it were our last day, we found both the early check-in and later than usual check out times very convenient for our stay. The luggage storage on site was great too.

For me personally the mattress of the bed was way too hard. But that is a matter of preference.

The hotel was beautiful - like you would imagine a romantic Italian hotel in a Hollywood movie. We loved the decor and felt taken back in time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and for italian breakfast, there was a good selection. We could walk everywhere and loved all the restaurant recommendations we got from the hotel staff.

I would only ask for more variety in the breakfast menu.

The staff is very polite and kind. Mr. Antionio helped us with everything we asked and gave us valuable suggestions that made our stay more pleasant. Also, another gentleman helped us on our last day. The girl serving the breakfast was also very attentive. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was a 12-minute walk from the square

The water volume and pressure of the shower in the older type room with a bathtub is not sufficient.

The shower stall was very slippery & needed some type of rubber anti-slip pad. My wife fell in shower, cut her toe open on metal part of drain which came loose.

LIked everything about the hotel.Good location, adequate room size, good breakfast. Best part were the staff - simply phenomenal. Especially clerk Silvio @ front desk. He was was a big help when my wife cut her foot in shower.
