We loved our stay! The location is perfect, clean, and has a complete breakfast, but more importantly, the staff!! They made us feel welcome and gave us so much information about the area that we greatly appreciated. I will definitely come back here again!

We got stuck in traffic and Nicolo was kind enough to wait for us late at night. The breakfast + coffee exceptional, the room was clean and tidy and the location is great. My girlfriend really liked the internal design and she is a picky one. But what makes this hotel a perfect stay is the family staff. Nicolo made our day with such a personal treatment, jokes and energy. This was definitely the best person we met in Italy. Everything was taken care off before we asked. Adoro! Thanks to him we learned italian best expressions 😂

The breakfast could be better if fresh bread will be available. It was littlebit cold in the room, because outside was about 5 grade celsius and the heating in the room could not be adjusted.

What an amazing stay. This is a truly family run hotel with so much happiness and enthusiasm, they are so happy to have you there and happy to engage in conversation. Everything was done well, Nicolo (I hope this is right) makes breakfast very interesting in such a good way, Mataeo cooking is suburb. If going to Montepulciano, please do yourself a favour, travel a few minutes more and stay at this place, you will not regret it.

The hotel is a recently renovated building with top facilities, spacious and impecably clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious and diversified. You can find free parking in front of the hotel. Ana, Simonetta and Matteo are exceptional hosts, friendly and helpful. It s the perfect place to explore Toscana. We fully recommend it! Ana, thanks for everything!

Easy to find. Fast check in. Free Parking at the hotel. Good clean room and short lovely drive to Montepulciano. The hotel is totally managed by a lovely welcoming family. Mateo,the son, is the chef. The food is so good we had all our meals at the hotel.

It’s my own fault, but I didn’t realize that it’s not close to Montepulciano. Even though Booking.com lists the hotel in Montepulciano, it’s actually in a nearby town called Sant’ Albino. You have to have a car or take the bus to Montepulciano and the last bus leaves for Sant’ Albino at 7:30 pm. Though the room was comfortable, it was painted lilac and had an ugly painting on the wall.

Staff bubbled over with enthusiasm and helpfulness. I liked each and every one of them very much. Nice balcony. Very good breakfast buffet. Comfortable room.

Pillows could use an upgrade

Niccolo is just priceless. His energy is contagious. He greeted guests by name. He was so helpful with suggestions on restaurants, winery, and attractions. Breakfast was superb. The entire family participates in making sure you are comfortable and satisfied. Rooms were clean, spacious and towels were nice and large.

This place is perfect to stay if you really want to know the real Toscana. The location in the middle of 3 or 4 spectacular “must know” cities in Toscana. The staff were super friendly, even when we booked late night and minutes before we arrive.

Amazing family owned hotel a short distance away from Montepulciano. The staff were super cheerful and looked very well after us, they really made our stay with their super friendly behaviour. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean with the housekeeping finishing everything quickly while we had our breakfast downstairs. Everything in the hotel is just compact and efficient, I felt absolutely no hassle at any of the touchpoints. Looking forward to come back. 🙂

Nicolo, Mateo & their mother were the BEST! Nicolo greeted everyone, personally, for breakfast. He introduced the guests according to their countries. He was so much fun & a real sweetheart. One of our best hotel stays, ever.

Everything was perfect. Honestly don't know what else the Hotel could do to improve. We had a fantastic time.
