Another great property in perfect location for touring the area. Close, easy access to the port and near shopping area but off on a quiet side street. Ours was a quirky room but very spacious and even had a terrace to sit out on. Great breakfast with lovely couple providing service. Great reception staff, super helpful

We really appreciated that staff opened breakfast early for us so we could make a 7 AM departure. In addition, since the hotel is on a pedestrian only street, the manager met our taxi at the adjacent square to help with luggage. The hotel itself is a unique building on a small street in the middle of Sorrento, convenient to many restaurants and shops.

Perfect location 5min walk from the square, Beautiful interiors, roof top terrace views amazing. The man and lady that run the hotel and other staff are all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was brilliant.

The glass floors and stairs were somewhat quirky. The breakfast offering was quite limited and only three tables meant that occasionally we had to wait.

Location was great, very central for all activities. Restaurant recommendations for dinner were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing specific I didn’t like about the hotel.

The property is lovely, very unique and is in a fantastic location, very accessible to all the attractions and to the port. The rooms are clean and well maintained the hotel was quiet at night despite the hotel being well occupied. Plenty of selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast and the restaurant on the same street was lovely too. Overall an amazing short break in Sorrento.

It's a very comfortable,clean and beautiful hotel.Location is also good, at a comfortable distance (under 1 Km) from Station,Bus stand and port. The hotel manager was also very helpful. He shared all the ferry details and places to look around the city.

This location was excellent to be able to walk around Sorrento. Not far from train station and we were able to walk with our suitcases. The room was clean and staff was friendly. They had a laundry service which was a bonus because we needed clothes washed. Gave bag in the morning by late afternoon clean clothes folded on our bed. Fair price to have our things washed.

Could have had a bit more choice of breakfast foods.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location to be close to the main area. Staff were happy to offer information and advice of where to visit.

We had a family suite and the aircon was not working. So the inner bedroom would get pretty stuffy

Location and staff were excellent. Fabio gave us a good introduction of Sorrento and Jet was very prompt with any queries we had.
