United States of AmericaThe room was supposed to have a balcony and sea view but the balcony faced the street and was essentially unusable because there was no umbrella. And the sea view was unusable because the shades could not be lowered individually. So we could not leave the shades open toward the sea but closed toward the street for privacy. Also the shades allowed a lot of light in in the morning. Who designed the shades and light switches in this hotel? Also we found the dinner at the restaurant to be very underwhelming. The first table we were given was practically in the toilet and the second one was next to the waiters station banging plates. The food was just ok and not nearly as good as many simpler places in the region.
Amazing location. Staff was wonderful. Bed very comfortable.

AMAZING. What made it very special is the owner greeting you after dinner to thank us for being at his property. This hotel makes you feel special.

CanadaThe 60 stairs down to the magnificent grotto where all meals are served were not a problem for me, but elderly patrons or those with mobility issues would have a difficult time
Our room was spectacular The marble floors were so beautiful The views were amazing They parked our car for us The Grotto restaurant was the nicest setting you could possibly imagine !!!! Staff were so nice and friendly and helpful I would give it 12 stars!!!!!

United States of AmericaEverything was great. Just not enough time to enjoy with busy schedule. A little pricey for what the stay was but my wife and I wanted to at least stay a night with your property. A check off bucket list.
Everything was amazing. Only wish we were able to enjoy the Hotel more during our stay. We ended up getting in later than anticipated and it was difficult to park or find the property due to street closures and one way streets. We contacted the front desk and were able to find the parking lot safely. The staff at the parking lot and shuttle van were friendly and helpful with getting us to our dinner reservation. Again with time and wanting to make it to our late dinner reservation everything was rushed. Wish we were able to again enjoy the amenities. Unfortunately this was for vacation but was was able to travel to 11 different cities all over Italy in 15 days to get a great view of the beauty and history that comes with Italian culture and wanted to visiting my roots being half Sicilian

Location was excellent, with great views from the room to the sea and cave below. Good location to walk around the nice town of Polignano a Mare. Our room with jacuzzi was excellent, very comfortable and new.

United KingdomNeed to be mindful that the sea cannot be seen from at least one of the Queen Suite with a Sea View rooms without walking out onto the small balcony. There was a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. We were just disappointed that we could not see the sea from our bed or sitting area. It must be said photos of the room were attached.
Wonderfully welcoming staff. Our car was managed for us - such a treat in a town with small streets Grotto setting for dinner and breakfast. Lobster and octopus superb.
