The room is poorly designed, a lot of sun gets in and the curtains do not do a good enough job. Also, it does not state in a bold enough place that there's no people on site and there's "24/7" available remote help, which could have been ok if this help was really helping. In fact, I had to call several times until someone answered and the person who answered was not welcoming, and gave a feeling that he wants to end the talk as soon as possible. I really wish there had been more availability and approachability, at least through texting for answering generic questions you usually ask at the reception. This is so basic for me it left me not wanting to go back.

The pictures on Booking.com show balconies - but not what is underneath. What is underneath is a mall... so the balconies overlook a parking spot, and as we did not know,we where disappointed. All in all, it did not make a difference, as we spent most the time out of the hotel. And the people in Mitspe Ramon are nice and quiet, so there was no nuisance.

Mitspe Ramon is a small place, so there is realy no way to end up in a bad spot - and anyway, you would not go there without a car, so the spot itself is not important. There is no face to face reception, but the service is still good: we were not happy with our room and were given a different one beacuse of air conditionning issues, it went smoothly. ANd the free coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee! Espresso, black, latte, everything.

Check-in. My key was not waiting for me. When I called the operator I was allocated remotely a new room and was given a key. When I entered the room, I encountered someone else who was staying in the room. This is unacceptable, embarrassing and totally inappropriate.

New facility, very functional, small rooms perfect for a night stay or so. Parking available. Good coffee machine at the lobby, you can sit comfortably. No receptionist is not a problem. And if you need help, you can call them.

Wish it came with breakfast, as this was hard to find due to the holiday. We had trouble finding the hotel, first because maps.me had it in the wrong place, then when we saw the name on the building we had to go all the way around to the back of the building to find the entrance. Also didn’t like the lack of free parking. We haven’t been able to figure out the parking app for Israel.

It was quite difficult to find the entrance to the place, as there were no signs in thr parking lot to direct us.

It was clean, and the interior design was very nice. We had an unlimited amount of coffee and milk, which was a lovely touch to the cozy lobby.

The hotel is still new with very nicely designed rooms that are comfy and cozy. Our room also had access to a balcony with the possibility to sit outside. In the lobby there are some common sitting spaces where you can comfortably hang out with larger groups. Right under the hotel there is a little mall with a supermarket and some restaurants. There is public paid parking available right in front of the hotel. The Ramon crater is in walking distance.

The check-in is contactless. We happened to show up while staff was around, and Batia (spelling may not be correct) was very helpful. We requested 4 rooms together, which didn't happen. Batia moved us around so it all worked out. The hotel has a massive lobby, with table and chairs. We did take-out from multiple nearby restaurants and ate in the lobby.
