Had an holiday vacation camping finishing the last 2 nights in Akoya hotel. Location is excellent, the pool was nice and satisfying, our booking included breakfast and dinner and both where good. i didn't liked the use in disposable glasses, plates and etc. Staff was nice and friendly and overall we had a good experience.

It was clean but could have been cleaner.

Very comfortable room both attractive and well equipped, comfy large bed and good shower. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We added breakfast which is shared at nearby Seaside Hotel and was pleasant. Good location in short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. 24/7 convenience store next door.

The hotel is set up partly in what seems to be an office building. So there are no kitchen facilities nor a dining room. They do lay out complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. Very kind staff, trying to do their best. Rooms are very clean, completely new and the location is perfect.

The continental breakfast was inedible! A good idea but they should get the croissants and rolls from a better bakery. It’s not on the beachfront and the parking area around the entrance looked dirty.

The shits wasn't clean they had stains and when u come back late after long u don't have the energy to deal with it and I was only one night there. The breakfast is not a breakfast the place don't have a kitchen is one butter corazon and one small bun with small jem and small butter. They call it continental breakfast. So it's not breakfast u need to explain that before people order.

Thanks to the hotel staff and the reception who received me in the highest bar. I arrived in Eilat 13 hours before check-in. I was out at 8:30 and even though it was my fault that I was early, the hotel staff went to meet me and helped me a lot and gave me the option of checking in later. The place is beautiful and tidy and there is a situation where I will return

+ Air conditioning was set to 18*C / 65*F. It was much too cold, wasting energy because I had to keep the windows open to raise the temperature back up. + Housekeeping did a poor job, because my room was missing basic amenities (e.g., empty tissue box, no water bottles, no hand towels) + Breakfast hours are very limited, and do not start until 8:30am after almost all tours have already left. There is no on-site restaurant.

This is a new hotel with the potential to be nice, and the rooms/design is good. However, during my stay there were too many operational issues to justify the price.

When we arrived it was too crowded in front of the hotel, and very hard to find a parking spot. At the end, we parked in the underground of the hotel.

The hotel is half build. Bought a breakfast included room for 1500 nis a night- there is no option for getting breakfast. as there is no dining room. The hotel sends breakfast baskets between 8:30-1000 to your room- without any option for knowing when you can get breakfast… you have to just sit and wait - no one is at the front desk available for questions…No snack bars, no other facilities. Total ripoff and the information about the hotel and amenities is very misleading

Worst service experience we ever saw. The air condition didn’t work all night, the shower stoped working and no hotel personal was available all night, And no one picked up the phone at the front desk. All they had to say was sorry and we will contact you. They promised to send a apology that never came.
