Fruit selection at breakfast could have been better but that’s being picky

There was a couple of small things that didn’t really affect my overall stay. There was no soap in my bathroom when I arrived but when I called down for the blanket the next day and asked for the soap also, it was brought immediately. I’d say it was probably just forgotten, little things like that can be easily missed. At the breakfast, it would’ve been nice to have beans and the rashers were like American style so it was a little difficult to cut the fat off them and get the meat out. It also would’ve been nice to have breakfast earlier on Sunday. The 7:30am start was perfect for Saturday but it would’ve been good for Sunday also. Finally the music from the bar on the Saturday night was very loud. Maybe it would be a good idea to warn guests in certain rooms that this would be the case before they check into those rooms. Like I said though my stay was overall delightful and I’d be more than happy to stay here again and recommend it to others!

The staff were amazing! Linda on the front desk was so warm and friendly! Nathalia on the dining team was very friendly also but she also spotted that some cups weren’t clean and before anything had to be said to her, took them, apologised and replaced them, she was just so professional! She was also happy to accommodate my picky eating. The housekeeping staff I encountered were very nice also. I found the duvet quite suffocating my first night and when I rang down to reception the next day to request a blanket instead, they were so accommodating and had it sent straight up to me. The staff member who serviced my room was an absolute dote! She was friendly while also remaining professional and I appreciated her compliment of my hair. The grounds were beautiful to explore and see the dolmen. The pastries at breakfast were lovely and fresh and the mini loafs were so cute and delicious. I was surprised at how good the gym was; usually hotels only have free weights (which I’m not comfortable using) but this one had a range of fixed weight machines. The treadmills also had a fan feature to keep cool whilst on them which was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel, there was a wedding on when we got there but the sound and noise level was kept very separate. Great food and service in the restaurant.

Very nice dinner and great cocktails in the Terrace Bar. Lovely walk in the grounds. Great coffee and nice breakfast. Very comfy bed and pretty room.

My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were so attentive. The food The surroundings where amazing. We really enjoyed the pool. AWe even managed a game of tennis

No lift, my wife has bad hip & knees. The TV in room had Netflix etc. on the menu, couldn't access it. Went to reception to ask how, they didn't know, said they could get it looked at in the morning.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was really good. Played the golf course which was excellent concidering there isn't a golf club Ate in the bar the night we stayed, food was excellent, large portions. .

The receptionist was anything but welcoming unfortunately, the bar staff looked liked he would rather be anywhere else but he was there from the start of the wedding till the residents bar and let us know that too. Thank god for the band and dj that lifted the evening.

It's a beautiful hotel in an amazing setting, a wonderful place for a wedding. The bedroom was fab and the bed so comfy. We were there for a wedding. There was one of your staff that stood out to me, (I hate using this expression ) but she was an older lady, very friendly went out of her way with the children that were there. She had a smile on her face all the time even at breakfast the next morning.

I couldn’t fault this hotel

Well of the road so peaceful the grounds are beautiful. The room was very spacious the staff were very friendly an helpful. Room very clean. Dinner in evening was lovely and Breakfast in morning was lovely as well.

Nothing. Although our dinner wasn't the best we have ever had. When compared to everything else it was slightly disappointing.

We loved the attitude and the friendliness of the staff. Our bedroom was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Your gardens and grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was extremely good.
