The Villas were actually separated in 2 different places,5-10 minute drive apart.There was no staff where the big Villa was.We booked 3 Villas thinking our big group of 10 will enjoy next to each other but we ended up staying in the big Villa and only go to the other villa in the night to sleep.

The Villas were spacious,clean and comfy beds,toilets were also clean.swimming pool was aperfect for the hot and humid weather.Breakfast serving was good

There were lot of insects like lizards which change colour so if you’re not comfortable with insects like frogs snails lizard this place is not for you. You will get the limited breakfast As soon as they serve breakfast they left you alone they don’t care if you want more fruits of juice

Lovely rustic wood and bamboo bungalows surrounded by nature. I very much enjoyed my stay here. The private shower outside was a nice quirk. Very peaceful away from street noise and traffic and near to the beautiful rice fields north of Ubud...A great pool and friendly staff. Short drive or scooter ride to the centre of Ubud.

Isolated, night time lights were not as bright as the pictures shown in booking.com, no proper lock on main door

The Villa is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The staff were so nice and friendly. There are some restaurants 10 mins walk from the villa. They also offer free drop off to Ubud center. We enjoyed our stay in the villa.

One toilet did not flush well. Poor pressure in one . Creatures and bugs in rooms. Decor a little outdated. A little too far out of town.

Great pool. Very large rooms. Shuttle service once a day into Ubud centre. Breakfast included. Mosquito nets. Excellent service by staff.

The room had a bit of a dank smell to it. But it didn’t affect our stay that much!

This spot was sooo beautiful! Felt like a private little oasis. We also were fortunate to utilize the large pool and it was so dreamy! Highly suggest.

As the villas are made of wood it’s quite noisy but it’s part of the deal I guess. Wifi could work better.

A little bit further away from the CBD than I first thought. But the team will find scooters for rental at excellent value and that's a problem solved.

The management team was fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and the Villa with a private pool was totally private and spacious. They had great tours and good prices.

Geckos everywhere, making loud sounds during the night. Wooden floors unstable. Please note, of the 3 bedrooms, the far bedroom near the pool needs attention. Bug infested, doors not closing properly and shower not working properly.

Staff were pleasant and responded swiftly to any requests. Pool was better than expected. Breakfast was great with variety. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Well air-conditioned.

If you get juice in the morning make sure to ask what they have fresh and no added sugar.

Huge wooden rooms and bathroom, and very reasonable price (I get good rates on weekdays). Mosquito net on comfy bed (In Bali always mosquitos get in rooms). Large pool. Helpful staff. The area north of Ubud, close to Parq Ubud, ricefields, etc.

A minor thing, but the room could have done with a little more storage space, like drawers/shelves/cupboards inside the room itself. Also a hanging hook/towel rail in the bathroom to hang the towels close to the shower. But this would just make things perfect, it really was a great room regardless.

Loved the greenery, natural feel and beautiful garden. Staff were very accommodating and friendly - everything felt personalized to our needs. Very convenient with everything we needed right there - like well priced meals, a scooter hire service and massage service in your room. Our room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Daily cleaning service, with fresh towels and replacing everything we needed. Far enough from the centre to get away from the hustle bustle, but close enough to get to when you want to head into the city - even had a free shuttle service that would drop you off.

Disliked · WiFi bandwidth was poor, and we frequently had to contact the caretaker (who would cater to our requests very promptly, not his fault). Grocery stores are a long walk away, so connectivity might be a small problem. But insignificant when considering the price and property :)

The breakfast menu and schedule were flexible, I liked that they came over and cooked it hot and fresh right in our kitchen! The pool was extremely pleasant and a nice size. My personal favourite was that the spa menu was available all day and the therapists would come over with all the equipment and did a brilliant job! Better than most high-end spas that you'd need to travel to. The caretaker was always available to come over in case of any issues, that was a huge plus! The kitchen was very functional and we cooked multiple meals (since we were travelling with senior citizens who had specific diet needs) comfortably.
