Swahita Ubud is an excellent stay for couples or family. I went with my partner and the service by the staff at the hotel was top notch. They were so humble, kind and eager to help. Cleanliness was an amazing thing there which was not at all compromised

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t enjoy about the property.

The location was quiet and peaceful with serene views from my balcony. The property was meticulously clean and tidy and my room was very spacious and comfortable and serviced daily. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The management and staff were all friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful with exceptional hospitality skills and went out of their way to ensure my stay was most enjoyable.

The shower pressure was really low and there’s no fan in the bathroom, so it really gets hot and humid after showering.

The family room was really big, also the terrace. The bed was comfy and the pool was really clean and beautiful. The staff was amazing and really helpful and nice. We extended 2 more nights and it was no big deal and easy going. The location is a couple minutes by foot of the busy and loud main area/road. Would come back for sure.

Beyond Words. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we discovered a little gem with a room overlooking the river bordered by green vegetation. Its terrace is a place to indulge in relaxation with the sound of the water and the songs of the birds. In the afternoon, a quick swim in the pool. The staff provide a high standard of service, making you immediately feel at home. Sunarta, Agung, Putu, Agus, Rémi, Arya and the others are the faces that embody the kindness of this establishment and they know how to pamper you! We will definitely return here on our next trip to Ubud and highly recommend for an unforgettable experience.

The location is like 10min walking from the main action - but that can also be an advantage. Very quiet

The staff is super nice. For breakfast one has multiple options and it can be served in the dining hall, or on the room's balcony. The pool is very nice! The room is simple, but has all it needs.

Property is in an excellent location - very close to central Ubud however far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms have everything you need and the bathroom is a very good size.

Super squeaky door into the bathroom.

Sunrata and, Agus, and all the staff were truly welcoming and very friendly. The room was very clean, and the staff worked hard, keeping it that way. The gardens are nice and well maintained. The view out from the patio over the forest was very peaceful. . You are close to town centre but the hotel is very peaceful..We walked down to the chaos of the main street and ate at Sun Sun Warung highly recommended. Also a peaceful place.

Swahita is great place to stay if you want to experience a quiet peaceful stay. Located near Ubud central .approx 15min-20min walk. Plenty of local restaurants nearby with local prices. Swahita has a nice swimming pool, our balcony overlooked the forest. Accommodation includes breakfast each morning. Clean and Air Conditioned rooms. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They always greet you with kindness and you can have a wholesome conversation with them.

wonderful accommodation in a quiet location; clean everywhere, amazing rooms with a terrace overlooking the jungle. great, attentive hotel staff always smiling and friendly. a big and nice surprise was the birthday cake that the staff prepared for me. I must especially highlight the excellent service of Mr. Agus and Sunart, who attended to us personally. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back here again.

The bathroom has a weird smell everyday and it takes 5 minutes to get hot water in shower.

It’s located in the quiet area but still close to Ubud center. Staff are friendly and greet you every time with big smile. Bed is comfortable. I like the big terrace with the jungle view where I can yoga and journal. I’ve been to Bali several times and there is no one bug inside my room which is great! The common pool is big and I had the pool all for myself.

The hotel is on a narrow street with lots of fast traffic going both ways and no sidewalks. It's dark at night and there are no pedestrian crossings. It felt unsafe and, indeed, my foot fell into an open sewer once while walking at night, hurting my knee. So that's the only negative to Swahita and it's not the hotel's fault. I ended up taking taxis places even if the destination was just a half mile away. I really prefer walkable locations. Lots of areas of Ubud and other towns are unsafe to walk so it's a national problem. It might be more of a pet peeve for me at 52 than it would be for a younger person.

There is nothing I didnt like, everything was absolutely perfect!

My room was always clean and tidy, the bed was extremely comfortable, the location was very centered, close to everything by foot walking distance, the breakfast was great as they had a menu with three options for you to choose from and you could order it to your room so you are able to indulge yourself with the stunning view from the balcony of the room. And most importantly, the staff were simply AMAZING making sure I felt comfortable with them, ensuring I had everything I needed to have an exceptional stay. A huge THANK YOU to Agus and all of them for making me feel welcome and taken care of, it nearly made me feel at home. This is something that I truly appreciate being a solo traveler and I recommend the hotel one hundred percent. I hope to stay in Swahita Ubud hotel soon again.
