Quite loud singing from the mosk, but we need to understand that we are in different country, different believes.

Very clean, friendly, comfortable and quiet place. You can really relax here, the staff will help you with everything, although they are not as open and smiling as in Bali (Ubud).

I cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean & very comfortable. The food was delicious, every single time but the outstanding quality of this hotel were the staff…absolutely faultless, friendly and accommodating. A particular mention to Erlin in the restaurant & Aldo at the bar, they really looked after us.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Property, facilities, and food were very good. The room came with built-in travel adapters for US plugs, which was very much appreciated. As soon as we entered the resort and our rooms, our mood instantly lifted. The resort also didn't feel too crowded, so you felt like you had the pool and public area to yourselves during certain times of the day.

It is a pity that such beautiful place hasn’t a clear water beach, maybe due to the muddy sand. Anyhow also the beach is clean and organized.

The bathroom lighting could be enhanced to improve visibility, especially for tasks like shaving where details may be easily overlooked due to inadequate lighting.

I was extremely impressed with the level of organization during my stay. It made me feel like a child again, being cared for by everyone. The staff were very friendly and intuitive, knowing when to engage in conversation or provide a peaceful atmosphere. Our afternoons by the pool, watching the sunset and sipping on delicious cocktails, were truly enjoyable. It was hard to say goodbye to such a comfortable environment. The spa was a must-visit, as it provided relaxation and positive energy. The diving club at the resort was a major highlight, with professional staff and the convenience of practicing on-site rather than having to travel into the city. I will definitely return in the future, especially after the kind gesture of a room upgrade which made our stay even more comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit of a random selection and mediocre at best. However we ate dinner at the restaurant and that was pleasant enough!

Hotel is like a little oasis! Our garden suite was comfortable and clean and the pool area was great with fantastic sunset views from the beach.

You can't swim on the private beach. But it wasn't a problem for us considering the different snorkeling tours we took and uncrowded pool.

We had very nice experience staying for 6 nights in the resort. The lobby, spa and pool  were beautifully designed. The room was bright and spacious, bed was super comfortable.  The staff's friendliness and dedication truly stood out—they went above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied and happy. The food in the restaurant was WOW: variety of dishes, amazing taste and presentation. The massage was great. The resort provides free shuttle to/from airport and town.  We highly recommend this resort.

The beach is frankly not the most amazing one, but we didn’t stay there for that. Also, one of the nights we were put in a connecting room, and were extremely disturbed by our neighbor. The staff was helpful and accommodated our room request for the second night.

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel was immaculately clean, and our room was both comfortable and inviting. The pool was delightful and it just feels tranquil atmosphere everywhere. The staff's friendliness and dedication truly stood out—they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Anggit especially very helpful with organising pick up, recommending local food with genuine hospitality. The spa experience was simply sublime, offering the perfect way to unwind, the spa staff also always greet you with big smile. We had to extend our stay last minute due to adverse weather and unable to sailing, the manager on duty, I forgot his name was amazing in sorting the room moving and facilitate everything.

It was Ramadan, so at 3am in the morning we got awaken by a loud speaker from a musk nearby. The next morning, the hotel supervisor moved us to a quieter (and better) room. Problem solved.

Super friendly and effwctive staff fixed our problem super quickly. The hotel facilities are extremely nice and comfy.
