Nothing - but bear in mind if you want to explore around the area you do need to be prepared to jump in a GRAB (app) taxi or scooter.

Excellent rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean, and above & beyond service from lovely staff. The butler service WhatsApp communication method is brilliant and Candra and her friendly team of staff just couldn’t do enough for you. Loved our intimate stay here - so relaxing and exceptional value for money. Love the collaboration with Anwar bistro just across the road, healthy eating options in a trendy venue and the spa level here is just brilliant! Had lovely treatments too! A great contrast for a couple of nights to big hotel resort venues.

Great staff - Extra level of care provided by the staff. Great facilities - the ice bath, sauna, pool, common areas and amenities were exceptional. Scooters available on rent from the property itself. Great rooms - the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, desk etc. Overall fantastic experience which is highly recommended!

I believe this is one of the best villa in Umalas/Canggu. I stayed in this property for three nights and I can't believe that their services were absoluletly amazing. The facilities are very well maintained, the room is very spacious also the co-living space such as kitchen, terrace and swiming pool are super good and clean. I came to the property for check in in the late night (midnight) and the butler was still willing to wait until I arrived and welcoming me in very warm. The people who works in this villa (butlers, securities, cleaners, etc) are the people with beautiful soul, gifted with kindness and thougfull. You will not belive how Baliness people were born with this beautiful traits. Thank you so much for the hospitality when I stayed here. God bless you all

The staff were incredible and could not do enough for you, we requested a late check out and they accommodated us with no hesitation. The staff were the best part of our stay but the villas are also immaculate with good amenities.

It's hard to find something we didn't like, but bathrobes in the rooms and shaving mirrors would make this place perfect (although that's being picky).

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a two bedroomed villa so that our group had private space which was great. We also made use of the ice bath and sauna which is in a lovely area to relax.

Indulge in luxury at this extraordinary villa! I want to express immense gratitude to the outstanding Sin Nombre staff, with a special shout-out to our dedicated butlers, Candra and Ricki, who went above and beyond to assist us at every turn. The staff's expertise is truly remarkable, and the diligent housekeepers ensure a pristine and welcoming environment in the rooms each day. We stayed in both the two-bedroom premium villa and the three-bedroom villa. While they were quite similar, we liked the layout of the sauna and ice bath in the two-bedroom villa, and on the other hand, the living area and pool were better in the three-bedroom villa. The villa is conveniently located near many popular restaurants and spas, with Anwa restaurant and spa just in front of it. We will definitely be coming back! 😍

I would have liked to have used a gym, but there was not one. and only 1 ice bath was included in the stay - I was under the impression it would always be on/available. The room closest to the road (the one I had) has a sliding wooden bathroom door which was not sufficient to keep the really noisy motorbikes screaming down the road in the middle of the night, waking up to a bit of a panic. The aesthetic value of the door and open plan probably wouldn't allow for anything different, but maybe a thicker door or seal on the bottom - some of the Harleys that drove past vibrated the whole room which is unavoidable - at the very bottom of my concern pile, was super happy with my stay.

From the check in experience to check out, the team were fantastic at Sin Nombre. Nothing seemed like too much to ask, communication was excellent through WhatsApp and everything provided for the stay was done with a little extra touch. Breakfast included at the restaurant across the road was incredible, I even went back twice for dinner for the convenience and quality of the food. For what is included, this stay was excellent.

I stayed for a week in December from the moment I arrived it was heaven. The property is stunning, so much care and detail has gone into the design of theses villas. As a solo traveler I felt safe and relaxed in this beautiful property. Quiet location and a good cafe across the road for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool was actually refreshing and they have ice baths too. I would highly recommend Sin Nombre

There was no milk for coffee and no coffee facilities in the room.

The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and positive as possible. Jou in particular was really helpful. I absolutely loved the sauna and ice bath, it was such a unique offering for a small hotel like this and being able to have a private sauna each morning was incredible. The hotel feels very small and private which is nice, it has a really relaxing feel to it. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which I think is definitely worth the additional cost as the room is much more private and spacious. The scooters the hotel offer as rental are also really nice condition bikes which is rare in Bali!

There were fireworks (?) going off right behind us every night during dinner time. We got used to it but some may not like the noise. The upper terrace is great but it's too hot to hang out there until 5-6pm, perhaps have a shade/umbrella? Communal facilities/terrace is also a bit small.

Everything was still quite new. I particularly liked the bedroom - spacious, comfortable with a nice bathroom. Bonus for having a sauna and ice bath upstairs too, we made good use of it. Kitchen was good quality. Staff were also very nice and responsive.
