We like to go on long morning walks which was not really possible with the pram in this area but short walks were.

We like the low key chill vibe of the pool area. It was great for our toddler. Our breakfast waitress was lovely making sure I had GF bread each morning. The morning yoga was fab too 😀 The location was good for short drives to lovely uluwatu beaches but also Jimbaran ( cheap taxis ). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

- AC was a bit noisy - The restaurant food is not tasty. Nothing bad, just not tasty.

+ The staff is very friendly and provide small extras to improve your stay + The room was large and well-equipped + The pool is nice, there is a playground for kids and occasional animation

Unfortunately it was lacking the 5* quality it was advertised as. Even though its a lovely hotel. The 5* treatment just wasn't there. Everything was charged even a extra room key, the pool had no deep end even though its great for kids but not adults. The food was ok. Little things like the table in the room nearly collapsed and the lamp shade was hanging off. There was also a wasp nest under the table on the balcony. I expected a bit more, it was pretty mediocre.

You could not see the beach but they never said you could. The pool was great and a short cab ride to the beach.

Staff were amazing , pool was great, the rooms were hugh. It is about a $2 grab ride to most things. The grabs take 5 mins.

No beautiful view from my room. The swimming pool is a bit dirty because the filtering machine is under repair.

The bed feels so comfy for me. The air con works well. My room had a balcony but there was no beautiful view apart from just the swimming pool (room no.311). I like almost of all the pastries that they served in the breakfast time. Especially the croissant :)

The staff were very helpful. The FO and Restaurant manager were both very sweet. The place was like a good family resort. The rooms are very big. it can easily fit in three adults.

It would be nice to have cooked bacon for breakfast, not just processed meat like sausages. I would expect better cleaned room sofa fabric, as it was with big spots (some spilled food or whatever) and crumbs around sides of sofa seats. Close to the hotel building, hotel's cooling/AC systems (fans) are very noisy, that clearly needs to be replaced/repaired or get better service. It's pretty far from the room, but still can be heard a little at night when it's very quiet. Not a big deal, but should be improved for better comfort.

Big room, nice balcony and view, hot bath, good bed. Decent breakfast. Very nice greenery in the hotel area, nice smells. Small, but pretty functional gym. Nice staff. Overall good value. I was given a voucher for 250k to spend in the hotel as a Chinese New Year gift.

Lovely pool design and garden with convenient access to the resturant. I saw staff, manually scooping the pool out every morning, but, it did not sufficiently remove plant debris from surface and floor of pool. Gritty under foot and had to pick garden debris out of hair and swimsuit after every swim. Did not see or hear an automatic filtering system.😕

All Staff in all areas provided very friendly happy and polite services. Nothing was too much effort for them. And remembering and using my name was an appreciated personal touch 😁 Breakfast buffet had excellent variety. Resturant menu had a good selection of local and Western options which were reasonably priced, well presented with great flavours along with attentive service. The extra long happy hour(s) taking in the tropical pool/garden view further enticed me to stay in for a relaxing evening rather than to venture out elsewhere.
