The road outside was easily flooded so you have to wade through a river if it rains No cleaning of the room during our six day stay and had to request towels toilet tissue

Some of the facilities like the toilet/shower just had built up grime over the years but it’s expected with it being a wet room. Only downside with the pool was that the sun would be behind the buildings past 3pm but nothing can be done about that, just got to be out early if you want to catch a tan. Still lovely to be around after the sun is hidden

Everything was great. We were very happy there and had no complaints. However if they added amenities like an electric kettle in the room and changed the rusted shelves in the shower and the old and tired towels, it would take the place to a higher level.

Amazing location! The place was very conveniently located. Easy to get to and close to everything. The rooms were big and spacious. We didn't use the pool although it looked great too. The staff were very friendly. Overall a lovely place, would definitely come back

More of a nice to have - would be nice to have a full length mirror. The one above the desk is landscape and quite small.

Lovely quiet location; nice little pool and great seating area outside the room. Appreciated having the fridge in the room. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Room was basic but perfect for sleeping, bathroom could do with upgrade but again was fine for use. and no TV in room but not a big issue

Nice location for ubud on dead end street with some bars and restaurants, supermarkets, chemist, spa massages, Money exchanger ATM etc away from busy Main Street but short walking distance. nice friendly staff and neighbours in others rooms. we didn’t have breakfast included but ordered one morning and was small but nice eggs omelette and toast

Because everthing was so nice i extended my stay here. Very clean and nice, spacious rooms. Also you have a really nice place in front of your room to get your breakfast or chill at the pool. The staff ist very friendly and helps you with all of your wishes. Also it is direct in the center of ubud, so you can get everywhere by just walking.

Really nice location - easy walking distance to the main streets in Ubud! Room is big and clean - would be nice if there was a tv in the room! Staff were very friendly and even offered to sort a taxi out for us when ours was late! The pool is gorgeous. Fantastic value for money

the hotel is located on a quiet street, although you can hear some noise from the road nearby, load barking dogs, load music over the weekend from hotel nearby.

great location at the heart of Ubud, walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. the rooms are super clean and minimalistic but you don’t need more than they have (we stayed for 4 nights). I was positively surprised for what we got for that price but for me cleanness is key in Bali. beautiful pool and hotel area as a whole. staff speak good English and happy to help where needed.
