No wifi from restaurant, mattress wasn’t very comfortable and sheets were thin

Great outdoor facilities, view from the room and the whole resort was incredible. Great snorkelling from the resort and the sunrise is amazing from the pool area. It was handy that there was a restaurant in the resort :)

The pool was dirty and turning green. Why nothing on the sun beds, just bare plastic rattan? And tbe bar fridge gave me an electric shock. Not good.

The top room has always been my favourite place to stay. It was private and quiet. But not sure what it is going to be like when the property next door opens. I probably wont stay here any more.

We found the swimming pools too warm and one was very cloudy so preferred to swim in the ocean. At the time we stayed, there was construction work on the new complex attached to the hotel. Fortunately, they were not too noisy

We loved the 5 star views from our rooms. The beach access was great, as was the snorkelling. We even saw turtles! The air-conditioning was OK, and the rooms even had ceiling fans.

Beds weren't very comfortable and the bathroom wasn't very clean, need new shower heads, air-conditioning didn't work very well. Way too much light from the outdoor lights came into the room. Need thicker curtains.

We loved that our room was on the ground floor near the pool, unfortunately that also meant that there were quite a few stairs up to Reception. Being in our 60s, and having an early morning check out, we struggled getting our luggage up the stairs.

Our room was fantastic. Being on the ground floor we could just walk out and go straight into the pool. Amazing views from the pool area and restaurant was just a few steps down from there. My husband was able to snorkel straight from the beach from our hotel.

minus points: 1. Room cleanliness needs to be improved with floors that are damp and oily all day in almost all areas of the room 2. Cleanliness of the bed, is the bed sheet clean? because when we arrived they were already covered in stains which were quite disturbed

plus points: 1. You can enjoy the beach view in front of the hotel 2. Accommodation for tourist attractions and restaurants from the Mufsh Hotel is within reach 3. The hotel staff is friendly when they meet

Worn-out sheets to the point that you could see the mattress that had no mattress protector and nor did the pillows that also had mould. The bath towels had holes and felt like sand paper. Sadly the beautiful pool had absolutely no shade areas.

The sound of the beach just metres from your room. The restaurant right on the waters edge served a lovely breakfast.

Staff were not interested or capable of organising transport to Amed proper. Quoted unreasonable pricing. Some of the restaurants choices were less than palatable . Pool umbrellas ☔️ needed restoration

Not very clean. Television was not working. Air conditioner remote needed new batteries . The TV remote control was very dirty. I went to the beach restaurant for lunch. I waited 10 minutes for service. No one came so I left.

Grey water smell in massive bathroom. Fat soggy pillows. So many stairs! Walls need repainting, flaking. Shower handle kept coming off. Building noise right next door.

Can't beat the price at AU$35/night! Aircon most welcome, restaurant also good value. Free water refill.

Could be doing with a bit of a makeover. Water pressure in the shower poor. Lack of kettle and tea and coffee. However for the price we could not complain. The location and laid back vibe make up for the dislikes. I would still book this accommodation again for the sheer peace and tranquility.

The view from our terrace was stunning. Peaceful and so quiet. Watched and fish and turtles swim by. The pools were great. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

No hot water in the basin, no kettle or tea and coffee facilities - but there is a restaurant on the premises.

The property overlooks the ocean/pool. The rooms all open out onto a patio area, which gives a feeling of openness.

The hotel is missing the effective ventillation and some damp developed in the bathroom and on some walls in the shady parts, despite a large fan and an AC unit present in each room. Some of the staff had very little English so we could not always be understood.

The hotel is located on a sloping land providing excellent view of the garden with the pool area and the ocean. The restaurant was at the beach, opened to the views and the sound of the waves. Amazing coral reef present several meters of the shore for local sinorkelling and diving. Very quiet, restful and idilic in February - very few tourists.

Staff little English. And the lights in hotel hall and foyer. Need to be turned off after 10pm as they shine into rooms. Or get curtains to dark out the rooms.

The water from the shower was very slow draining.

We stayed on the top floor. The view was amazing of the pool & ocean & also Amed. The room was big & having the windows all around there was a view from every point. Bed was comfortable. Also there was a small fridge in the room.
