They stated airport shuttle, but couldn’t directly provide us with transportation. The coffee was not that great, but we didnt travel for the coffee. They also offer fresh fruit juices and tea. And lastly, we‘d like to mention the stairs we had to walk to get to our room. It was a bit off, and it took ‚forever‘ to walk there (with suitcases and backpacks, very exhausting, but for the way back we asked them to help us). And after a long day of exploring the island those stairs were our enemy. But it was worth it! Super quiet and nice view :))

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is accommodating. Food is great (our favourites are Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng). The ambience is peaceful and aesthetic. They offer a wide selection on activities and services. The location is nice, as it is nearby Crytal Bay (it is possible to walk to, but not recommended by us, we tried, we made it, but we were exhausted)

The Bungalow was super cute and accommodated us all comfortably. Amazing views by restaurant and enjoyed breakfast there every morning in delight. the pool was very clean and was used daily by us. booked babysitter for a few hours one night directly through reception and felt comfortable leaving my child there in their hands. Very close to all areas of interest via scooter.

The bathroom had a glass door without any locking mechanism. I don't know how it fits the aesthetics of a bungalow. The room was much smaller than what appeared in the photos. The AC was too small for the room. The top floor/ upper bunk was hot during day time.

For the facilities it provides, it should be 20% cheaper. It isn't a happening place. The restaurant isn't crowded. Going down a hundred steps is a pain

For accessing and leaving the room there were lots of stairs. Literally, we ended up exhausted, and we are used to do sport. We would have loved that they would have let us know in advance so we could have booked a room accordingly to our preferences.

The service was excellent, and the views from the room, stunning. We literally, only had the jungle in front, and was amazing.

Nice room, comfortable beds, big shower quite place and nice view to the opposite "forest" Just 5min. drive to crystal bay and about 20min. to Kelingking Beach. Enough towels whenever you need. The restaurant is ok but i would recommend to go to the restaurant around the corner. Its cheaper and better 😌 Just search in Google

The place was not well maintained, all wooden parts were eaten by termites. The bathroom floor was sticky and it smelled. Most importantly, the wifi did not work at all in the room. They tried to troubleshoot and fix but we need stable wifi for remote work so we decided to leave.

The staff was nice, and the owner agreed to give us a partial refund when we decided to leave early. Nice views and restaurant was decent.

Toilet door with full glass and non-functional curtain. Breakfast choices and conditions of choosing only one type of dish especially when kids are involved and the travelers are from abroad. Normally we have been given a good buffet for breakfast on all our travels. Sharp nails on a broken railing outside the house. Absence of basic toiletries, especially for travelers.

There were only some small things at the bungalow like doors which are hard to close…but nothing you can‘t handle :)

The bungalows were super nice and the terrace invited to play games in the evening. The service in general was great, the helped us organize scooters and a driver to the harbour and in addition took the time for us to talk through the nicest spots on Nusa Penida. We enjoyed breakfast as well which even offered Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng. The people at the accommodation were always friendly and supportive.

It would be great to have a baby chair in the restaurant. The pool had a lot of chlorine, I was wearing black shorts and end up full of white dots and a mild rash on my buttons from sitting. (nothing to be concerned) but not sure how this can affect people with sensitive skin.

The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious.

Pool was a bit strange - it was quite small and on one end it was very deep (3+ meters?)

Quite nice territory, friendly staff, nice view from the restaurant, very good massage. And local dogs are very friendly and social.
