We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The villa was lovely, the rooms were big and had everything in them that we needed. We loved the bathroom with the outdoor shower! The pool was our favourite part, so nice being able to use whenever we wanted. The spa on site was excellent, the massages were amazing and great value for money. The room service was brilliant, great food and great service.

AustraliaLimited breakfast which was okay for a smaller hotel. We ended up going out for some more exciting options most mornings. I would suggest adding a space to refill filtered water but no issue when we needed the room bottles replenished.
The property was bigger than we had expected with the pool area exceeding our expectations and bonus points for the floating devices available. Service was all done through whats app which was fast and efficient. Bathroom was as big as the bedroom and we used the outdoor shower daily. Big Plus! Housekeeping were very efficient each morning almost too keen sometimes to get the job done each morning.

AustraliaTraffic is terrible- one hour to Canggu/2hrs to Ubud by private car. This is not fault of property - it is a Bali issue.
Spacious; access to own pool; quiet; on site massage/spa complex; breakfast delivery. 5 min walk to shops/restaurants/bars. Staff very happy to assist. Recommended longer walks for dinner to Gado Gado, Potato Head, Ku da Tae.

AustraliaA fan in the outdoor area would be perfect for extra airflow. Or a small indoor living space. But was still all good.
Found it really good value (got a good price), airport transfers and breakfast included. Staff were great to communicate with for any requests via what's app - super accommodating. Hired a pool fence for our 2 y.o. for our private Villa - they helped organise this so was stress free and I could really relax. Villa was good, a real luxury to have breakfast delivered to you. Also stayed in a hotel room right by the main pool/resort for 1 night which was great too.

CanadaStaying at the private villa was outstanding. There's lots of surrounding space in the bedroom, bathroom, outdoor kitchen, and private pool. We had no issues with any loud guests or noises from outside the resort. Walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and massages and to the beach. Wish we stayed longer.

United KingdomRoom didn’t have a safe for passports and shower sprays all over the toilet and floor so makes it very wet.
Nice room overlooking the pool and staff can’t do enough for you. Ideal location to access the beach (10 minute walk) and local supermarkets and restaurants. Breakfast choice is varied between Indonesian and British/American dishes, with a complimentary plate of fresh fruit provided is a nice touch. Thank you to Gili for the late airport pick up and plenty of information about Bali!

DenmarkAfter 8 consecutive hotels in Indonesia this served the worst breakfast. Bread dry, avocado tasteless, croissant missing; just lacked love and quality. Other hotels in the same price class do better. The poor waiter was way too busy. The city area around the hotel is noisy and uninteresting and there's some distance to the beach.
We had a house with private pool. Excellent pool and area surrounding it, and a big apartment. Sunchairs, free drinking water, fridge, free afternoon coffee and a gym. We missed nothing. We could hear none of the chaos of the city from our apartment.

All staff were very attentive, happy and welcoming and could not do enough for us. Breakfast included in our room rate, although was not a buffet, offered adequate a la carte choices. The portion sizes could be increased somewhat though.

Room was cleaned everyday , towels changed as well . Very big room nice large bed , enjoyed the pool . The property close to restaurants , shopping malls few minutes walk .Breakfast variety to choose good enough .Staff in the reception kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight is quite late at night midnight . They offered we can use the pool as well , towels which we did . I like the location very quiet away from the busy streets .
