The only thing that we had an issue with was the sink that was clogged.

The pool was very nice and opened till late at night, the access to the beach was very nice. The Breakfast was great.

could have better curtains on windows in the huts And if you use the front door you could not lock it. food was fairly expensive Bike lock on sliding glass doors annoying

The pool was too warm and the Aircon in the room with 2 levels didn’t work very well, but they were happy to get the guy to come look at it with a fan in the mean time. The bathroom was open to the elements and heat.

We loved our stay, I would recommend this place if you want to relax and spend a lot of time at your resort. Beautiful pools, close walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets. Definitely head down to the beach, lots of cafes, learn to surf shacks with hire boards, rash tops and bootie hire. Love that the resort isn't open to the public.

Lovely staff, wicked location, perfect for walking down to the surf or grabbing a cold bintang from the many beach shacks on Balangan beach. The hotel was great and gardens beautiful. The only thing I could fault was a few missing tiles in the pool. Highly recommend! Will go back one day, Thank you to lovely kitchen staff x

The aircon is not running the temperature we want in Bali hot weather and also the curtains are not covered all window so the room is not completely blacked out

The location was far away from any general shops, such as a chemist and supermarket - you have to rely on ordering a car/taxi. The barking dogs every night/early morning is really disruptive.

Traditional Balinese thatched bungalows in beautiful gardens were a delight. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly it was a wonderful introduction to this lovely country. Fantastic breakfast and a really relaxing massage- we couldn’t have asked for more. Ironically I’d booked this La Joya by mistake (thinking I’d booked the one on Jimbaran beach) but its seclusion made us relax.

Staff could have been more friendly and they asked for a strange 21% tax on the displayed massage prices, which would have made the cost for an hour massage IDR 700k, while next door you could get the same massage for IDR 200k.

Nice complex with nice 2 pools and well maintained gardens. Relaxing vibe with views of the ocean and a short walk to Balangan Beach.

Issues with Wi-Fi connection and remote location (a bit far from all the shops and restaurants in Uluwatu).

We booked room but got upgraded to bungalow because they have renovation. The bungalow is large and very pretty however it is quite noisy at night, and the bed is very soft. I couldn’t sleep for two nights… due to the indoor outdoor vibe. Can almost hear everything at night and quite bright as the curtains are not fully “sealing” the open concept door. The yoga instructor at 9am is rude. Exercising at the yoga shala before 9am and ended at 9am just nice for his class to start but he shoved me off. It’s not pleasant. I never met any not zen yoga teacher in my whole life before.

It’s nice and quiet. Very quaint. They have two pools and the inside pool is very quiet and large. The property landscape is pretty.

Breakfast needs to be improved, as compared to other similar hotels the selection of food is quite poor. The are not providing even single glass of water for free , so u have to purchase again and again bottle of water ( which is not cheap) .

Location is stunning, territory of the hotel is amazing! Staff very friendly and attentive. Bungalow is clean and tidy, really enjoyed our stay!

Benedict eggs in first morning were too well done. But second morning were perfect. They don't bring free water to the table for breakfast, only fresh juice. You have to ask.

Location on a cliff, very close to Balangan Beach. Just few stairs to. Bungalows very nice and private, surrounded by plants. Very clean. Pools are great. One infinity with sunset view, the other very private and more secluded. Staff very helpfull and responsive. Good food! Good massage!

Private rooms set in there own beautiful gardens. A choice of two pools. Loved the family pool, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The beach was a short distance away and great to watch the surfing, when the tide was in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They served a good choice of cool fresh drinks throughout the day.

Everybody was super friendly, the place is close to a surfer beach. The hotel’s massage spa was great, and evening yoga with Max fantastic, doing the salute to the setting sun was a great experience

The barking dogs 🐕 were a problem at night and we love to exercise and there is no gym. Would be the only reason we wouldn't stay for a long period.

The hotel was so pretty loved the rooms and grounds. Food was amazing and well priced.
