We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyFood choice is great but not well prepared. To salty, ingredients missing, wrong taste, to oily, overcooked. TV adjustment could be better.
Close to airport. Staff is friendly and trying its best. Fridge in room is actually cold. Rooms nice and big.

SingaporeThe biggest letdown was paying IDR100,000 for a warm Bintang Crystal beer and being offered ice. This is almost an insult given the cost even in a Bali beach club is IDR60,000 and in a supermarket IDR19,000. There were also some very expensive taxi fares on display which again smacked of significant overpricing. The breakfast was disappointing given that all the ingredients were there but the execution was lacking, especially for the Western selection. The Indonesian selection was ok with good bubur ayam but overcooked veg and even nasi goreng was disappointing with no vegetables. The coffee was ok but had to offer and pay separately because the filter coffee provided was undrinkable. Work is needed to improve the offering but the ingredients are all there for a good breakfast.
This is a new hotel so everything is clean and modern with great views from the rooms which are a good size and very comfortable with an amazing bathroom.
