Only one thing which was the food, we tried both restaurants and the pizza was not good and the chips I ordered were oven chips. However the buffet breakfast was amazing and delicious

We were two senior citizen couples and they gave us rooms in a building that can only be reached by two elevators and one very steep inclinator. The approach to the building was very dark making it dangerous to old people like us. The front desk manager was so insensitive, not helpful and very unprofessional with our genuine request to give us rooms in the main building or at least shift us next day.

We were here a year ago and the cleanliness and comfort got a lot worse unfortunately which is a pity because the hotel and the surrounding is amazing. But now the bathroom is dirty and has mould, the furniture in the room has stains as well as the sunbeds at the pool. The food is great but the restaurant is overpriced.

The view is exceptional as well as the environment. The food is very delicious.

Apart from breakfast, everything was excluded and prices were quiet high.

Breakfast inclusion was very nice, we also liked the view and the location. It was vert quiet and peaceful. Such a beautiful atmosphere.

The high standard of hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. Bedagul is a wonderful area to explore, and the Homm is prefectly located to do this. However, we had our own rental car, which gave us the freedom and flexibility to explore at our leisure.

The Homm is a well furnished, beautifully located hotel that was perfect for our first visit to the Bedagul area. The staff are friendly and helpful with a high standard of hospitality training. The 2 restaurants offer very good food at a reasonable price. The views from your room are exceptional. We highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

We found almost everything to be exceptional, but if we were to offer a minor critique, it would be regarding the dinner experience at the restaurant. It might benefit from some improvements, especially in the grill section.

What an exceptional hotel experience! We relished every moment of our 4-day stay and found it hard to bid farewell. Our visit during the off-peak season was a true blessing, as the hotel's serene beauty and abundant offerings could be fully appreciated. From the lush rice fields and majestic mountains to the inviting swimming pool and the picturesque surroundings, this place had it all. The breakfast spread was not only delectable but also wonderfully diverse, and I appreciated the option to take coffee with me each time. A heartfelt thank you to Angga and the entire staff for their extraordinary service. We're already looking forward to a return visit, and the massage services offered at the hotel were simply superb; we indulged in them almost daily.

The location of the hotel isn't too suitable to walk around... to find a restaurant or shops. Everything requires a car, which was hard to find (religious festival day on the day we've stayed there).

The view on the mountain and rice fields from every room of the hotel is stunning. The hotel facilities are great, with a nice swimming pool, but also daily activities. The hotel staff are really nice, grateful, and helpful.

Cleanliness wasn’t 5* Mould in bathrooms, stained sheets, dusty rooms. Pillows were a bit too hard. Breakfast was little disorganised with weird egg orders. In two days I haven’t received any of what I’ve ordered. Not a big deal but they seemed all lost over there.
