You have to take many steps to reach the hotel down the cliff and i can say it’s not clean and tiring also the AC is not good enough to cool the whole room specially it’s all glass and facing the sun most of the day

I like the view it’s breath taking and the staff are really humble

The access to property was challenging specifically doing the trip a few times a day, but it’s for the view at the end of the day.

The staff were great, so happy to help with anything, gojet deliveries, suitcases, towels ect

The service is mediocre. I had to wait 15 minutes with no answer in a parking lot with my suitcases. Then when someone finally responded and can to get me we hade a 15 minute walk with suitcases through muddy paths and down cliffs with lots of stairs. I wish the hotel had made it clear to me in the listing that this was the journey because I was not prepared

Very pricey for Bali accomadation and difficult to get to (,not signposted very well- the team text you instructions but they could definetely do with some more detail and the sign on corner near the tigers rather than hiding down the steps). Quite a few cracks in walls and ceilings which raised concerns regarding structural integrity of building. No breakfast provided in this accomadation but perhaps some local recommendations in the rooms wouldn't go astray (Kelly's warung is closest eatery, which is cash only, but there are plenty more within 10-20minute walk). Not suitable accomadation for anyone who isn't fit enough to walk alot of steep steps or those who are physically disabled (this is made clear in the booking however). Put towel down over steps into bathroom because if you don't see the step you will cut yourself quite deep as I unfortunately found out on day 1!

Amazing views and lovely accomadation.well stocked fridge on arrival. Staff are very nice and communicate well. Would definetely stay there again.

Getting there is a challenge but the staff were very helpful with photo step by step instructions to navigate through the maze of alley ways. Not for the feint hearted to get to and from the hotel, but once there the views are amazing. Don't expect much in the way of facilities outside of the rooms themselves.

The rooms were well appointed, very clean and the views were magnificent.

Safety is a bit of a concern as there is nothing under the handrails and you have to climb over the bed to get to the concrete stairs or risk falling from upstairs to the ground floor.

Incredible views and amazing customer service. They carried our bags up and down the massive and very steep stairs to get to this location. Perfect for adult travellers, not good for kids.

It might be typical for the area, but I did feel the value for money was a bit lacking. The rooms are on the smaller side (which is fine) but the balconies are shared - just be aware of this when booking, you are likely to see other guests on the balcony as you relax in bed etc if you have the curtains open. The bathrooms are a bit 'wet' - no shower curtain means water got everywhere. This bothered me more than my partner however. Again - it might be typical for the area but it felt a little overpriced.

We had a great stay at Blue Ocean. The view is sensational - really stunning views over the water. The stairs really aren't that difficult, and you're halfway between the beach and the top so you rarely have to tackle the entire stairwell. The staff were all really lovely and helped us book a taxi to our next accommodation. Room clean was always done quickly and discreetly while we went out for breakfast etc which I appreciated. Really can't fault the location - sitting on the balcony watching the waves was great.

Absolutely stunning location and super comfortable stay. Its like a little oasis. Kelly's warung is just down the stairs at the beach with a few other restaurants so you don't have to go up to the road often. Will certainly be back.

The safety aspect with wide spaces between balustrades. I thought it was dangerous for children and elderly.

Quite overpriced for basic facilities. But I guess I was paying for experiencing one of the best sunset view in Bali.

The location. The map that was provided with the booking didn't get me to the hotel and neither did the address when I put it in Google maps. I had to ask someone where it was at which point I had to now walk 10 minutes until I had to ask more people because there was no signs directing me to the hotel. I know when I booked the room it said I had to walk and be prepared for stairs but google maps didn't get me anywhere near the hotel and from that point on there were no signs

The room was nice and clean, and the view, not from my room but just from outside my room was lovely

If you want to have the view, you can't book the standard room, as is in the corner and has no view and little privacy.

The view was absolutely stunning. Stuff was very friendly. It is a bit hard to get there with big bags, as there are a lot of steps to do, but the stuff is super friendly and you can pay them to help with bags transportation!

The photos do not match the reality. I think the price is not fair for what they offer. In addition to access being very difficult and not having help from the Hotel to carry your bags.

There are a lot of steps to get to the hotel and to the beach/water. The staff did carried all of our luggage from the parking area up the hill which made it much easier. There is no food at the hotel or nearby but there are a lot of wurrungs on the water which isn't too far but more steps and no lighting. Can be hazardess at night with a few under the belt. Good restaurants back up the hill in Bingin but plan for a little mission. All good for the fit and able.

Location and view are amazing for this particular room. We had the room with the arch doorway which seemed to have the best view from the balcony on that level. Great staff, helped with the luggage down the steps. Give them a tip. Bingin surf break directly out front which is a bonus.
