It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere when you first arrive as it's a building site of new Villas being built and farmland. Probably better if you had a Scooter but taxis were 54,000 to most places nearby. We were able to find our way to Frenc'ha Cafe which was not too far a walk for breakfasts. You can't really walk to the beaches it's a taxi or Scooter ride. We were surrounded by building works going on. Was fine at night but there were a few smells of burning rubbish and noise by day.

The Villa was beautiful and very quiet at night. Beds were made up every day. Your own private little piece of paradise once you closed the doors. Pool was just perfect size for cooling off after a day out & about Bathrooms and nice hot showers were lovely Good sized fridge and Water dispenser with bottled water. Rooms were well maintained and furnishings were lovely Villa 2 was perfect for 2 Adults and 2 kids Hosts arranged laundry for us to be done before we left Was easy to arrange food delivery & taxi's to the Villa via Gojek app

Arrived at night which was a bit scary as it’s in a dark location and since it is a villa, you do not meet your host and there are only 2 other villas, so no one was around. But in the morning when it was bright it was better. Slept great the next night as i felt more comfortable then. In the morning there was loads of millipedes outside the bedroom, in the seating area as it is exposed, we didn’t contact our host about this, so some of the millipedes did come into the bedrooms. But it didn’t ruin our stay, thats why we did not contact our host about this.

Our host contacted us beforehand through message, with the lockbox code and to contact if we need anything. Nice pool. Clean on arrival and comfortable beds. Water filter for clean drinkable water. Good wifi.

Really nice private villa. We loved the pool and outdoor area! It’s exactly what we love to come to Bali for. In a nice quiet area, a short scooter ride to bingin beach and some great restaurants and bars.

The villa is located a bit further than you might expect, so I think only if you are travelling by car or scooter can you easily reach nearby restaurants or warung or bars at night. Otherwise the small streets are too dark to walk. The villa is far from crowded areas, so proper transport and planning of time and place is recommended.

The villa was great and very much like it does in the pictures! Very cosy and comfortable, we also enjoyed the room, the pool and spacious well-taken care garden. The quiet neighbourhood was also relaxing (except for the sound of construction from the villa next door in the daylight). The staff did an excellent job cleaning our rooms and the villa; they are also very friendly and helpful.

Everything. It’s such a beautiful and exceptionally nice villa. Absolutely loved it. And it’s not far from a beach and great restaurants but also you have private quiet place for yourself.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The service was exceptional! The manager (Rosil) and the staff were very responsive and quickly rectified any minor issues we faced, and were very patient and accommodating of our requests. The villa was well-maintained, clean and extremely comfortable. The location was good - although a bit far from the main street (Jln Labuansait) and dimly lit at night, it was quiet and serene but also within walking distance to a bunch of nice restaurants, a convenience store and a couple of beaches, while everything else was within a short Gojek ride away. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to visit Uluwatu!

I didn't like the small air conditioners - every running them 24hrs they were insufficient to cool the villa. I didn't like that there was no TV.
