The cleaning could be improved. The bed linen was stained. The room wall was stained and the floor wasn’t too clean. But we paid a cheap price, so for the money we paid it was ok.

The hotel seems to be modern and they upgrade our rom from superior twin room to deluxe queen room. They have eggs station where cook omelette, fried eggs, boiled eggs etc.

It is on a very busy road with a few places around it but not a lot. Definitely book a Scooter if you are a competent rider and use it to explore. Big and soul less

I wasn’t TOO happy about my clothes coming back later than expected. The form you fill out says 1 thing but the laundry service was a different timing so be aware of that. I think that they could save some “planet” by not replenishing the toothpaste / brush everyday. It’s nice that it’s there, don’t get me wrong, but no need really. Towels looked a little dirty but I’m used to seeing that in Asia so wasn’t new to me. There was the smell of cigarettes in my room 1 day even though I’d booked a non smoking room. Bothered me a little because I can’t stand the smell but went away in a few hours.

Everything you expect from a hotel was there. Staff, great, laundry service, great, I didn’t eat there but they served food. The pool was nice. Massage options. It had it all really.

The breakfast could be better. The rice porridge was cold and tasted like water and the omelette is dry. But the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Worth the money to spend time here, definitely coming back again sometimes :)

The noise from the street is high and even when you're living with windows not watching to the street. Generally it seems that if you are not living with windows looking out from the street you would be hearing it.

The accommodation is very good and personal is friendly. Very comfortable bed and pillows for me at least. The place is near the "main" street so you can easily go everywhere.

Located on a very busy road Had a lot of trouble with my first room and had to finally ask to be moved to another room after a very hot night. No shade area around the pool

Located in a nice area. Rooms are large by Bali standards Pool is nice Spa is very pleasant. Walking distance to a small mall. Easy parking for my motorbike

The rooms are situated so much close to one another making it uncomfortable. We could literally hear the voice of the people talking next room. Also our sleep was disturbed. Rest everything was good

The rooms were really clean. It is very close to Garuda Clutural Park and could also see the statue from the room. The pool was amazing and hygine.

Maybe we were just in bad luck with the timing but there were big chinese tourgroups making lots of noise early in the morning and evening and the isolation of the rooms wasn’t that well.. so that woke us up several times.

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Location was a bit far from main key points, around 30’ driving. The street it’s extremely busy and rooms can be noisy.

Staff was great during our stay. The room and bed were very comfy. You really can feel that you are in Indonesia. There are many shops around in case you want to have breakfast dinner or need any groceries.

We didn’t get breakfast included, and to buy it on its own from the hotel was quite expensive. But we got breakfast our everyday instead so it wasn’t really a problem

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in in Bali. Everything felt really premium, especially the pool. We also weren’t expecting the amazing view we had from our window, overlooking the Bali skyline, really great value for money!

We couldn’t turn off the light from the balcony and it was on all night so it was hard to fall asleep. The towels had stains and were of poor quality - too thin Some of the members of the staff were quite slow in assisting guests. The wifi didn’t work properly and it’s not an easy-friendly process to log in, it keeps you asking to log in everytime. The breakfast was quite bad for a Best Western

The beds were very comfy. The shower was good.
