The staff were really friendly and attentive, they helped you in any way they could. The location is so convenient, right next to the harbour, perfect after the long journey over.

Breakfast was so so.

The location was in front of the port. The room size was exceeding our expectations. The design of the room was nice and the room was clean too. The bathroom water weren't that salty like other hotels in gili trawangan. Close to many attractions and restaurants. The swimming pool was nice too. And inside the room was quite, we could barely hear anything even tho there were a party outside, near the hotel.

It is basically directly opposite where you come in from the ferries, a great location. Pool area was really nice. Room was big and spacious, it just lacked natural light.

Outdoor tile super slippery when it rains. Kinda dangerous but I didn’t think they could do anything about it. Maybe a notice regarding rain and floors

Location is awesome! No need for a taxi you can walk directly across from port/harbor. Iwan at reception was awesome during check-in and the entire staff were super accommodating. Breakfast is fresh and served to your room. Lots of food options close by and location is in heart of the entertainment

At night, it can be too noisy due to d mosque and bars party. But it didnt disturb us too much. We had very good sleep when we were there especially after the whole day spent snorkle and dive in the sea, ride d bike surround the island....

The location is just 2 mins walkin distance from d harbour.....its very2 convenient. Bars and pubs are beside it, d best pizza in the island is 1 door from it. D night market is few meters from it. Definitely d best acomodation with best value in Gili T.... Will sure come back to this hotel once we visit this lovely island again...

The towels were poor quality and they leave this little pieces of fabric all over your body, which is super annoying. The nights were really noisy out there - you hear praying from the mosque, partying people and neighbours. I recommend you take earplugs and a sleeping mask.

The location is great, everything what you need and want is nearby. The breakfast is very delicious and you can choose from variety of things. The stuff was nice and helpful. The pool is rather small but still nice to cool down. The room and bathroom are comfortable.

noting really, we had a really good stay.

We intended to stay one night to catch the fast boat the next morning however it was cancelled so we stayed for two nights. First night in a deluxe room, the second night in the basic room. Both rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable and facilities were all good. The location is extremely good, you walked out the alley of the hotel and you're on the port, perfect for someone like us who had very heavy backpacks. Breakfast was served to your room, this was also a good quality.

On the other hand being so close to the port makes you hear the music at night. Plus there is a construction on the building just beside during the day. Be aware if you want a piece and calm stay.

Nice Pool. Iwan and his crew very helpful to arrange anything through the island. Water to refill. Nice small room terrace. It’s just in front of the port so it is super convenient when you arrive with the ferry.
