1.) Check Out is at 11:00 but while walking in the centre we were called at 10:00 that the receptionist needs to leave so we had to hurry back. That is not ok. If check out is at 11:00 then 11:00 it is and not 10:00. 11:00 anyway is already an hour earlier than is common. 2.) No elevator so the luggage needs to be carried to first, second or third upper floor where the rooms are. 3.) Breakfast very basic and scrambled eggs were not filled up when empty. First come first serve it seems. I didn't want to ask for more eggs but it should be filled up automatically. Coffee was good however.

The breakfast in Sunday was at 8.00 o’clock not in 7.00 as usual. There were only three small shampoos in the bath and there were not other soap for the shower

Not possible to park car, but the underground garage is 5 minute walk, that's OK. Little bit disinfection smell in the hall.

Very good locality in the center, very welcome staff. Room was small, but it was expected. I can recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right in the city center. Although we forgot to mention that we were traveling with our bicycles, the hotel owner responded promptly to our late messages, and we were able to find a convenient solution to store the bicycles. Due to our schedule, we would have liked the breakfast to start at 06 instead of 07. Also one day our balcony door was left open. Balcony was not really that high from the ground, so it would have been possible for someone to climb in.

Location was spot on! Super beautiful Györ city is within walking distance. Also train station was just 3 blocks away and easy to walk to. Hotel owner was super nice, spoke good English, responded to my messages immediately and was very helpful. The room had everything we needed, bed & pillows were really comfortable and our I/C worked like a charm.

Rooms are somewhat smaller but that's the case with all the facilities located in the local (small) houses, we had similarly sized rooms in other places too (within a block or two from the main square). Room size did not bother us at all though. Everything worked fine incl. aircon. Breakfast was fine and staff very friendly.

It was a very clean, ver spacious apartment. With access to the garden on the ground floor. Not brand new but everything was functioning. Dogs were allowed without an extra fee. We enjoyed it. Thanks

Non functional minibar or minifridge, we could not find an on/off button, and despite it was connected into electricity, it did not refrigerate :-( Low offer of meals during breakfast…. Unfortunately.

The decor was lovely. They didn't mind our bikes being in the hallway but space was limited if other residents also had bikes.
