Very clean rooms , perfectly equipped , you can even iron your shirts, or cook something in the kitchen, the swimming pool area is lovely, immaculate clean , the personnel is very friendly and helpful, I can also recommend the massages, done by skilful experts!

This is a gem of a hotel. The garden in the front is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city! My daughter just loved our stay here because of the location, the helpful and friendly staff, and the reprieve it provided us after touring the city! We would definitely stay here again!

The location is quite good, but sometimes we needed to walk 15-20 minutes to get to public transportation. Also, the room was a bit small, and the curtains were uncomfortable to completely shelter from the light.

When we arrived, they immediately greeted us in a warm and pleasant way, and from the first moment took our luggage and accompanied us to the room. The room was clean and tidy throughout the days after cleaning in the mornings, and they made sure to leave our personal belongings undamaged and unmoved. The room was beautiful, we could use the hotel facilities (like pool, sauna...). We also did a massage (for an additional fee), and it was very good and relaxing. There was a variety of food and desserts at breakfast, and it was delicious.

Only thing was sometimes the noise from the sports bar next door & also left food in the cupboards and it was thrown away

It was very clean. We loved our room. Swimming pool was a great addition to the hotel - we always had it to ourselves! Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of different options. I had arranged to have a birthday package of balloons, Prosecco etc in the room on arrival. Met expectations perfectly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

The pool/spa area was so beautiful. The staff were so helpful. The room was immaculate and very aesthetically pleasing. The food was delicious. Lastly, the price was very very reasonable for the service.

One day, the trash was not cleaned by room service. However reception were informed and they send someone to clean it. Water bottle was not refilled each day of our stay. I hope they can any attention to these simple details as any other 5 star hotels

For the noise sensitive, the courtyard can act as a sound amplifier with certain guests, but then maybe one should not book a hotel in the party district in the 1st place. gym might profit from some small touch-ups. interior can be a bit stuffy sometimes.

room is not clean enough, some hair in the floor and in the couch. they dont renew the bottle of water which they give only for the first day.

Only a minor problem, so it doesn’t change the review and the perspective for this hotel. They insisted that i didn’t paid the tax for the parking lot and insisted to pay it on second day again too. Lucky i still hold my receipt. They could have just checked the buying log to see that.

Top location - very central Parking lot - the best facility because you can’t really park on the streets, because it’s a 3 hours maximum limit and it’s pretty expensive Clean Service quality top Value for money, very good for a 5 stars hotel As a client, they make you feel special, with all the extra things they give you. Aesthetic vibe, the garden and the view pretty nice, especially on night. The kitchen in the apartment is top. You can even cook your own food, if you want too, like an airbnb.
