The mattress in the pullout bed was very uncomfortable for two adults - it would be okay for one person with double stacked mattresses, or maybe for a smaller child with less weight than an adult.

Very nice host with great communication. The apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. There is definitely a 10 point potential.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was excellent, looking at Gellert-Hegy and very close to Vaci Street. Good public transport connection and still being quiet.

The drain of the sink in the toilet was draining slowly. It needs leaning or pumping.

We had a problem with payment method so the owner met us at the apartment. He was super helpful and friendly. He explained all we needed to know and answered questions that we had. The apartment itself was roomy, the beds were comfortable and all the necessary kitchen equipment was provided The view from the balcony of the river, a bridge and Castle Hill was great.

The location was very good. There is a small market with everything you need downstairs, lots of places to eat out very near. Very good value for the money.

Unfortunately there was some thick dust coming out of the air/ventilation shaft of the kitchen, but as it seems to be an older building and the shaft is very high in the wall it is nobodys fault, there is probably not that much you can do about that. We just cleaned what was coming down from the shaft every other day, no big problem for us. Also the drain in the floor of the bathroom was a little bad smelling, but this is often a problem with older pipes in old buildings. Away from that the apartment was very clean and the things I listed were only very small inconveniences, nothing to complain about for us. :)

The Location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the center and easy to walk to a lot of places, also a tram station is just a short walk away. The apartment is huge and the kitchen is filled with everything you might need. Check in and check out and the contact with Jack was easy and nice. We had a great stay.

The apartment wasn't ready at 1pm and we had to return at 3pm as we were having lunch when it was finally available at 1.45pm. So a small amount of confusion there. There was some noise from the apartment above in the early hours with someone vacuum cleaning at 5am one morning. But we didn't allow it to spoil our stay.

The apartment was clean and had everything except for a toaster. The position was excellent to explore all areas of Budapest.

Only one issue - towels! More towels should be provided! In my opinion, set of 4 towels - 2 regular size shower-towels, 1 floor-leg towel and 1 small towel (30x40cm) - is not sufficient for 3-night stay of 2 persons.

Perfect location - in the very heart of Budapest (very convenient in period of Christmas markets and cold weather - you get to the market in literally 1-2 min walk), with more than amazing view. It is exactly as in photos (view as well as everything else in the apartment). Not that you have a nice view only from a specific corner, hanging from your window/terrace, struggling to make a good photo - not at all! You may easily enjoy that beautiful view (my preference is evening one, with marvellous lights), even from the bed! Warm, well equipped (we didn't use kitchen utensils, but it seems everything necessary is there), clean apartment with high quality wi-fi. Quite spacious for 2 persons (as we were). The 3rd person could also be perfectly accommodated. Suppose it would also be ok for small family (parents with 2 kids). Value for money - more than excellent! Jack is great host - welcoming, friendly and providing completely precise instructions for self-check-in. All in all - highly recommended accommodation, it would be my pleasure to stay there again.
