Only one key between 7 of us. so if some people went to bed early, the front door had to be left unlocked and the key left in the key safe.

Bathroom was smelling. Heating in one room doesnt work, but you can heat it by A/C. Deposit 150€ needed.

Shower room with toilet the door did not close fully or lock. Doors need oiled. Big stain/marks on rug which is off putting as you walk into apartment. No extra toilet rolls left. 4 toilet rolls for 5 people for 5 days. No extra bin bags. No mirrors in any bedrooms or livingroom. Located on third/top floor over 100 steps up & no lift.

Big apartment, plenty space. Secure and safe. Warm & cosy environment. Great equipped kitchen. Two front bedrooms lovely with view and plenty daylight coming in, back 2 bedrooms small and dark.

The pillows could be more comfy, there is no seal in the shower so water gets around the bathroom floor.

The apartment is very big and well furnished! Me and my friends had a great time there, for sure it is a place I will book again when going to Budapest next time.

Nothing really, everything we needed was there. If i was being picky i would say the iron board cover needs replacing and the welcome booklet could be left out for guests on arrival. Overall we had a great stay. The stairs up to the apartment could be a challenge for some, but can't fault the apartment itself. The trams do run outside the window, but they didnt really disturb us.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment. There was everything you needed for a nice relaxing stay. Two good sized bathrooms and the showers were fab ! Great communication from start to finish.

Two rooms have trams going right under the windows, which might be a little uncomfortable if you have light sleep. Some might not appreciate the lack of elevator, since the apartment is on the highest floor.

Beautiful, spacious, very modern and elegant apartment. All equipment you would need for cooking on your vacation is available. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi works very well, so you can easily manage home-office from this apartment.

We reported  that the sink was blocked, but we never got it fixed, even though we were told that someone would do that  later that day when we reported it, it ended up that we included our self. Equipent: not everything in apartment is perfect (there are two bathrooms and extra toilet, but you can find hot water only in one of those bathrooms; doors that doesn’t close, there is no heating, you need to use air conditioner to warm up). … The apartment is located in an old buiding, it seems clean and modern, but…. I was bitten by bugs in my neck and face (!), probably bed was infected (see atached photos from 19.11.2022). p.s. When I wrote to the owners yesterday with this information and photos they said they are sorry and ask me what is wrong with the acces to hot water – no comment. P.S. Booking didn't accept the most shocking photos where you can see how demaged is my skin (all neck), I also had been bitten on my face (!!!).

N Up On 3rd floor of a building with no lift. No mirrors in any of the bedrooms or living space, only on bathroom cabinet. Seal not working on Shower door in bathroom off the kitchen, ended up with water all over floor everyrime you had a shower. Only left 4 toilet rolls for 3 people for 4 days. We asked for more but he didnt reply. There were 3 of us staying there, and 4 bedrooms. The cleaner only made 2 beds, i rang him to tell him and said I would make the bed but the mattress covers were REALLY dirty and needed changing. He said he would tell the cleaner to come the following day. The cleaner came and left clean sheets outside the apartment, for US to sort out but didn't change the covers on the mattress!! He did send a bottle of wine that i asked for, for me having to make my own bed up though. Toilet in the kitchen smelled really bad or stale urine

Well where to start. If you like to walk up 120 steps of stairs and work on your cardio while doing it, this is your flat! There was no amendments on either of the baths, and only hand soap in one of the toilets. Half roll of toilet paper in each toilet, one toletseat loose and no t enough towels. There was a coffee machine wit "complimentary"coffee. But there was no coffee, just four packs of cacao!!! I´m full grown person, I take coffee in the morning, not cacao! And finally one sponge for the kitchen, both for dishes and tables. I threw that away and bought 2 new once. Ohhh and if you are i-one of thous people who likes sirenes from ambulances and police 24/7 you defiantly should book this place.

Well the AC was there. But no use for it in October. We could not turn it of so the apartment was very cold. Nice old lady living next door.
