Staff at reception not customer oriented, linnen change was a big problem, receiving more air conditioning hours than 20 at once not possible, but you have to come again and again… A dishwasher would make a big difference, save much water and let us relax instead of constant washing dishes on holiday… Also mosquito nets in windows would make our stay much more pleasant.

We appreciate focus on disabled people. Adjusted bathroom, nice pathways, perfect access to the sea - gradual way with handrail. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms… new equipment.

They should work more on cleaning the houses. In our showers there was a awful fungus/mold that could be taken care of.

Almost everything was Perfect. The staff was great and helpful.

Reception was very understaffed, every time you had to wait for 30 mins minimum. Coordination between staff was also poor, we reported an air cond problem and when we came back for follow up nobody knew about our first report

Uncomfortable chairs on the porch, we missed a deck chair, a proper coffee pot and coffee mugs, tall glasses. Upon departure, before check-out time, a welcome kit (kitchen napkin, dish detergent, sponge...) was waiting on the porch for the next guests, which we did not receive.

Two bathrooms, comfortable beds, the mobile home is in the shade most of the day.

We were not able to choose the exact location of our house and we were glad to receive house with non-shared terrace. Having the house next to one of the pools was not that great at all. Fortunately the pool closes early in the evening.

Pula and Brijuni close by was perfect choice for us. The pools are enough for children to spend whole holidays. The site contains everything needed and there is bigger market near by for those who prefer to cook by themselves.

Houses were far from beach. Pools are overcrowded. Adventure park is very expensive

very compact clean. Mobilehouses are well equiped and located in shade so they never get hot. private sphere is also guaranteed.

Apartament Comfort - big, spacious, but there was no double bed, single beds were not comfort, room were old- furnitured, the worst thing was high leaky attic so quite a lot of insects were entering the room; no mosquito nets! this apartments need renovation and sometimes there wasn't nice to be inside. Water in swimming pool was cold (September, air temperature was 27-28st). Poor water attraction on the swimming pool for teenagers.

Nice place, a lot of trees and green places in the camping, no stairs, good for invalids, shadow, good spray park for small children (3-7 years old), good restaurant AlMare, near beach, good pathway to Fazana, good place for bikes and children, nice adventure park but additionally payable

The facilities especially the kids entertainment and park were very old and a lot of the park broken equipment. It needs a big refurbishment! The apartments could do with being refurbished too. The pools were too crowded and not nearly enough sunbeds. Not enough activities for younger kids. Sometimes we had to queue 1/2 an hour to speak to reception if people were checking in. The checking in and checking out took ages!!!

Location was perfect! I had to ask reception to fix a few things ( both shower heads broken and a leaking fridge) the service guy can put very quickly to repair everything?

The reception crew is year by year in the same - pretty “annoyed” mood, not really happy to check in guests. Small things confirm this - there were at least 5 mobile houses free for the entire duration of our stay, we got the one with least shade and directly behind external air-condition units of another house (hint, stay away of mobile houses 503 and 504 if you can). The lady phoned the cleaning team if the house is ready (we checked in at 13:00), came back and told us we can collect the keys at 15:00 as the house is NOT ready. We went to check the house nevertheless and the cleaning team was done and told us that they just confirmed to the reception team that the house is good to go (and remember, there were another 4-5 houses empty....). it is hard to understand why the receptionists team believes they need to “punish” guests and not allow them to use the facility earlier... To be entirely fair - when we informed (and not asked!) that we will check out two hours later, this was not an issue. It is also difficult to understand how come booking via booking.com is always with better conditions then booking done directly (well, we simply do the booking.com reservation).

Bi village is a very relaxed place, with lots of activities (although many of them against payment) for kids of all ages. Plenty of restaurants as well - in every restaurant you can find at least one thing that is really good. Alternatively there are many good restaurants in Fazana or Pula, Rovinj...Camp is spacious, clean and offers lots of shades. Superior Mobile Homes are quite comfortable for a family of 4-5.

we booked the place to do the activities they had on offer, i even asked about these before and was told you book on arrival etc. and they were available. we arrived and was told because it was near the end of the season none were available. They were not very helpful there either. the mobile home was OK, but i wouldnt say the common areas were clean either.

The Location was good and it is nice to be in nature and have the beach near.

Mobile homes do not have wi-fi at all, and its not temporary, there is no signal at all. We asked and complained and got only "sorry we are overcrowded". There is also no option to pay extra for internet access. No drying fan, toilet is narrow, and air conditioning is charged. Instead of proper blankets we had drapes(usually made for blinds). Mobile homes are also at the level with reception (back of the camp) so there is long way to the beach. Beaches were crowded and not regularly cleaned, but manageable. Instead of 4 plates, we got 2. Ladle was absolute comedy - a picture of the ladle is attached. All drains were clogged, and walls have stains and parts of tape hanging as decoration. Porch Roof is leaking badly, I do not even know why it exist. The whole mobile home was slightly tilted, some doors keep opening some keep slamming. The mini-fridge door scratches against the floor and gets stuck. Its really bare minimum for the money you pay. I guess workers manage as much as they can with cleanliness but you cannot do much when you do not have basic conditions. Really sad. They have children entertainment up until 0000, in level with mobile homes and reception, so if you want to sleep before that, well good luck. Also, DONT check in on a Saturday. There was a 2 hour waiting line outside the reception desk. The staff said its Saturdays only, and it seem to be the case for the other days. Also, thing that was quite odd is amount of German tourists with quite big, unleashed hounds. Dog poo everywhere and the trash areas and small trash cans are too little and not cleaned regularly for a full camp. Walking trail is mainly used for bikes and very fast electric scooters. All in all, not worth the money, loud and over-crowded.

Shade in front of the mobile home was nice, trees too :) Sunsets are nice too, but that does not have anything to do with the establishment xD Adventure park is a bonus, as well as pools.

It was not clean. The kitchen, the bathroom show is dirty and the shower head was broken.

Appartment was holiday home category comfort plus. It was not clean and is old and worn out. I found hairs on all the bed mattress covers. Flies and cobwebs on all the ceilings. The bathroom was dirty too, the shower head was broken, the sink stopper in the wash basin too. The kitchen was old and dirty. Too expensive for what it is.

Communication with the personal on the reception was very strickly and not so nice. Everything in solve with the personal was always problem - reluctant people everywhere in reception. In all places in the camp was mess and nobody cleaned it in all times our standing.

Location very well, very nice coast, a lot of pleasant stands , restaurants and pubs on the beach. eat by the restaurant on the beach was also very fine, local specialities and sea foods very tasty. A lot of playgrounds for the childern of different ages.

The 20 hours air condition included could be not enough for a long vaccation, but if you dont want to use it any time, and if you dont spend your time in the property, than really you dont need AC running allways. Wifi is only for payment possible. Like Eu citizen is also unnecessary, but for 3rd country citizens is not cheap.

Beach, Location, space, property, safety, services, entertainment opportunities. It is a great place for children and family.
