The air conditioning was quite noisy and there would be a need to have a bit better level of cleanliness. These were not critical, but with a small effort would be much more feeling and result at the end.

Really great value for this price. All the staff was very kind - including at the bar. Good location for the airport, but to stay longer better to rent a car or any other kind of vehicle.

The security guard harassed us, he followed us up to our room not believing we were staying together had to show our passport, told us we were getting kicked out, we had to ask reception to ask him to leave us alone. Also the bathroom if left for awhile would have a bad smell coming from the drain

Everything! The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly, especially Andy, he looked after us so well. The pool and surrounding area were spotless. The room was spacious with a great size balcony, the walls were extremely sound proof, bed was comfy, the lunch food was really good and a great price and then in the evening the drink deals were great

The frosted glass bathroom door. Hot water always seems to be available but the temperature seems to fluctuate throughout your shower. The wifi is barely functional.

The location is a 30 min walk/5 minute taxi ride from the main strip. That means it’s relatively quiet. Getting a taxi (to anywhere) is as simple as asking at the bar and waiting 5 minutes. The rooms are large and clean with decent bathrooms and adequate cooking facilities. The beds are comfortable. The AC, at least for me, worked perfectly. None of the balconies are in a bad position. The staff come and clean every day. The bar staff are fantastic and the food is very good - good prices and cheap ingredients, but prepared really nicely. The cocktails are also surprisingly good.

it was a long walk to the beach (around 30 mins) there was a lot of young people and party groups which was expected but got loud.

The shower was a little bit awkward as the shower head was really high up but still manageable

Let us keep our suitcases by reception and chill in cafe area whikst we waited for our transfer. Very happy with our experience!

There was nothing not to like, the hotel attractions repeat visitors year after year. Which must show that they are doing something right.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last few years. Always find the staff and family that run the hotel to be friendly, helpful and polite. Always make you feel welcome with a smile. The rooms in the hotel have been updated, and as always kept clean by the staff. Cleanliness seems to be a great importance to the owners, if you are up early enough, you can see the staff cleaning the pool area, ready for the day. The bar area was revamped a couple of years ago, but looks as good now as it did when first done, again exceptionally clean.

The bathroom flooded every day as the drain plug in the showers wasn’t working properly. it was reported a. umber of times, but wasn’t repaired. That was the only thing I can fault the hotel for.

Sadly the internet is not great and only really works in the common area (bar, pool). You are next to a main road so is a little bit noisy but didn’t bother us too much.

The staff were so friendly and would always ask about what we were up to and give us suggestions. The food was cheap - only €3 for a Gyro! Very big pool with lots of seating areas and the sun covers the area for most of the day. Rooms were tidied daily.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Great place and amazing staff. The room was modern, spacious and clean as well, the balcony is nice too. The pool is also great. However I would outline the staff, they are really welcoming and friendly, I appreciate it a lot. They are always ready to help or give suggestions what to see. I think they’re the friendliest staff I’ve ever met with. You have several choices for breakfast, food is good and the portions are enough too. To reach the downtown or the beach you need to walk a little, but in exhange the location is calm.

Everything was fine!

The hotel is nice, quiet ( no people doing parties or shouting during the night), the staff is super friendly and the location is very good to move around the island. They clean the rooms every day and it is good also there is a cash machine and one mini-market two steps from the hotel. The pool is very clean and we have used few days after the beach. We arrived before the check-in time and they were so flexible about it. I really recommend this place if you want a relaxing hotel to stay!

The only thing that I didn't like was the weak Wifi signal in the room. Maybe they should fix this.

Very comfortable place, with big room and all the facilities. The room was very clean and the place was so quiet so you could rest after a long day in beach or in club. A big parking area and a beautiful swimming pool so you could stay for swimming or for drinking at the late nights.
