The elevator door got stuck on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs, and they were dark.

The kitchen utensils need improvement. They were very limited for a studio. The water from the shower spills all over the bathroom.

No information how you enter te Building. After one call, she would send and e-mail which we did not receive. After the second call we got thé info via Whatsapp. After this everything was ok.

Need some extra amenities. Changing towels every two days at least or give extra from the beginning. Also there was no complimentary tea or coffee or some paper towels or even cloth kitchen towels. Plus a couple of small bottles of water would be nice on the first day. Only thing which wasnt great was a weird, unpleasant smell in the bathroom all the time. There was ventilation in the shower but didnt do much. But overall the stay was very good.

Comfortable, clean, big room nice big comfortable bed. The place was right next to a big supermarket and opposite a laundry mat and a place you can rent lockers for your luggage which was great. Check in was easy, followed the instructions, had no issue. I texted the admins a couple of times, they responded quick and were helpful. Good quality bath products are available in the bathroom.

The view from the windows is disaster - ruined buildings. You need to wait for warm water 30min when you arrive.

If you're asking what we didn't like, there was very little to be honest, as we loved the apartment. It would be more of a recommendation perhaps if cooking in the apartment to have some more crockery: two cups, as after travelling 24hrs a nice cup of tea would have been perfect as unfortunately we arrived late into the night, two cereal/pasta bowls, brush & dustpan would be helpful as nothing there to keep it clean, although apartments are of course cleaned on check-out I like to clean as I go. Also check out at 11am if it was 12pm instead it would have been great. But these are only suggestions, we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

The apartment was modern, clean and close to all amenities. It was a lovely small apartment just perfect for a couple. It was walking distance to everywhere. As it's very built up, there's no views, but a 5min walk brings you into the centre of everything. 10mins and you're close to all cafés, restaurants and a beautiful promenade along the port. All the instructions to access the apartment, wifi etc..were clearly explained and communicated through email and WhatsApp. We were arriving late into the night, but as it was contactless access, it was extremely helpful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and even looked after our suitcases the day of our departure in their offices until our taxi arrived. Would highly recommend these apartments.

We had mysterious rings from the intercom twice during the night, at 3am and 5am. Few times even during the day. Soundproofing is not good at all, we could hear people across the hole and next door. Also last days there was a smell of cooking in the apartment when we got back so we had to keep bathroom ventilation on all the time. There was also drilling after 9am from our building and also the one next to us in the yard since we were looking at the yard not the street. It’s hard to find parking so we needed time to take the stuff to the car few streets away and we didn’t like that the staff rang at 11:05 to ask if we are checking out. We were in process of taking things out and it was not possible to do all at one time. So that was inconsiderate on their part.

Clean, confortable, big apartment, good communication with the staff and cleaning ladies. Close to the center but could be closer.

There was no adequate ventilation in the room, we had the same towels for all 3 days. TV did not work.

location is perfect. You can visit the most see sights and the centre vile on feet. There are two bus stops 5' from room from where you can take the bus for every place of Thessaloniki. The room was warm pretty and very clean.
