good location, out of centre on the way to Methoni, near the castle of Pylos. clean and quite property with nice view of bay. The staff was very, very kind and helpful for every informations

Hot water took a while to arrive in basin. Shower less so. Lounge was small and basic though no room for a bigger one. OK for one.

Excellent seaview over the bay. Clothes drying lines on side of balcony was helpful.

Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the centre but in a quiet location. Nice friendly owner. Easy parking. Good little kitchen area with some breakfast things included. Would definitely stay again if in Pylos.

To describe it as a sea view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the sea, between gaps in the buildings but not really a 'view'. Next door room was probably better view.

Location was a 2 minute walk from the castle and 5 from the harbour. Good size room with balcony and a sea view. Host was extremely helpful as unknowingly we had arrived in time for the celebrations around the Battle of Navarino which happens every 4 years.

rooms are wide, well equipped and confortable. they all have a balcony with sea view which is in shadow at lunch time. We felt welcome. it is well situated, very near the heart of Pylos, in front of the entrance to the kastro (I recommend the visit just before sunset) and 2minutes walk from a place you can have a swim.

Not an issue for us but the kitchen could perhaps use a few more teaspoons, small bowls and plates.

A peaceful, relaxing, studio apartment with lovely views over the Navarino Bay and the town of Pylos from our upstairs balcony. Perfectly located, a few minutes’ stroll from the town centre and right next to the Neokastro Fortress, which is surrounded by greenery. There’s free parking right opposite, a big, comfortable bed and there was water in the fridge and coffee, tea etc left in the room, which was very welcome because we arrived late in the evening. Very obliging proprietors who serviced the apartment on request and were always available to provide information about the surrounding area. So we had the convenience and service of an hotel with the flexibility, peace and value for money of an apartment. We’ll definitely rebook when we return to Pylos… which I hope will be soon as it is a lovely town set in a stunning area!

The location of the hotel is perfect, 200m from the beach and 300m from the town center. And during hot nights, there is no need to turn on the air conditioner. The staff is very nice. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Terrace with sea view. I don't usually stay in the same hotels again, but I'll be back here sometime, definitely.

Nice little apartment with everything you need. The bed was really comfortable and the host very friendly and helpful. You can also borrow parasols for the beach for free. We especially enjoyed the great location in walking distance to everything in Pylos. Parking was easy as well.

The bed was a little hard for our liking and I would like a quiter area as there is a lot of traffic which isn't a problem if the doors are closed. Not much of a view.

Very clean and good sized rooms and bed. Host was very accomadating. Could walk easily to water and town. Fully stocked with everything you need.
