There was no restaurant or pool bar offering lunch as stated on their website. The downstairs communal toilets are unfinished.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Naillac it was a beautiful clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. The lady’s who cleaned our room were like ninjas - often cleaning whilst we were at breakfast. The breakfast was lovely and varied and tasty. Christina was so professional and friendly and helped us many times with various things and gave great advice and information on trips out and the local area and booked them for us. Anna was also professional kind and helpful. Her cocktails were so good - try the apparol spritz and she brought us coffee to our room and always remembered how we liked it. She is so very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful walk to the old town by the harbour. The swimming pool area was so clean and pretty with sunny and shady areas by late pm the pool is in shade if the is preferred there were plenty of loungers and the cocktails made this such a fabulous holiday experience. This small fabulous hotel and staff made our holiday so enjoyable and special -I cant wait to go back. Thank you it was appreciated.

I stayed at Naillac for 9 nights in October & had a brilliant stay. I was greeted with a glass of bubbles & complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was good & a chef was available to whip up an omelette if you fancied one. The staff were great, friendly & helpful. The pool area is very relaxing and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. The room was clean, a very good size, the bed really comfortable & I always had a good nights sleep. This was the most beautiful Boutique Hotel right in the middle of a very busy Rhodes town but it’s location is quiet. Absolutely spotless - swimming pool fantastic - as for the staff they must all receive gold awards for their exceptional attention to the well being of their guests especially Lucy.

A lovely peaceful hotel in the centre of Rhodes. It is modern and clean and all the staff were lovely. The pool was the perfect place to relax. Breakfast was excellent.

Location was very convenient, being a short walk to the Old Town. Hotel was very clean and comfortable (although I’d say the pillows could be softer!) and the hotel pool was lovely. Buffet breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Food available round the pool was excellent and good value. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Really cannot praise the hotel enough - a great find. Especially liked the fact it’s small - 12 rooms.

Loved everything in short answer! Staff was super nice, room size was perfect for 2 people, new everything. Cleaning everyday! Breakfast had different options! The cook can also make you an omelette or anything you would like! Location is extremely well thought! Room is very quiet, soundproof.

The property is a relaxing haven in a busy part of Rhodes. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The swimming pool is very clean and exceptionally quiet ( for August) and the massage service is highly recommended

Fantastic modern hotel, right in the heart of Rhodes town. Great room, even better staff, and only a 15 min walk into Rhodes Old Town. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when one of us fell unwell on the final day of our stay. Highly recommended staying here!

Wonderful small, modern hotel, great location in a quiet area of the New Town, easy walking distance from the Old Town, waterfront and beaches. Our room was great - very modern and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing advice on restaurants, sites to see, and arranging for taxis. There is a wonderful pool in back where you can take a dip after a sweaty day of touring, relax on a lounge, and order drinks and snacks. Breakfast was delicious: big variety of both hot and cold items, omelet station, any kind of coffee you wanted. The breakfast place was lovely, with tables both indoors and outside. Highly recommend!
