The leaky sink, but the Heloni team was super responsive to fix, and the fact we couldn't stay longer because it was such a great place. One item to note, not the fault of the apartment or Heloni, is that across from the apartment is an adult shop. There were also 2 others within a couple of blocks.

The apartment was super clean. We loved the space to move around and loved having views of the Acropolis from multiple rooms. The city bus stop was super close. Getting to the activities was really easy because of the central location.

The only little issue that my family had was using the hot water, our host explained how to turn the boiler on but we had a little trouble with it despite the explanation provided. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the elevator is a bit bothersome as only two individuals are allowed to ride it at a time. But both are minor issues as the overall stay was extremely pleasant.

First and foremost, the staff at Heloni Apartments are very pleasant to talk with. They reply to inquiries and keep in touch throughout your stay should you have any questions. Our host was great, he took us into the apartment and gave us a tour. The location was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was a small 5 min walk to the Acropolis Museum and the slopes of the Acropolis leading up to the Parthenon. It was also a small walk away from various other historical sites (including Ancient Agora, Hadrian's Arch, Prison of Socrates and more) as well as various parks and shopping squares. Additionally, it is a quick 5-7 min taxi ride to the beach/sea front. The apartment was extremely tidy and very spacious, the beds and towels were nice and clean. Filtered water was available for consumption, and everything that you could need was provided for. It is absolutely perfect for families and friends.

The breakfast is not as we expected, it simply included some groceries in the fridge. There is no suffiitient noise isolation, we heard traffic from the street bellow all night. The elevator can carry 2 people only (4th floor). The luggage storage incurs additional cost, although it doesn't say so on booking.

Great location, close to the Acropolis, equiped kitchen, comfortable rooms, clean, the host was very helpful and kind. It had even a dishwasher and a washing machine, and a nice balcony.

The noise from the street was a nightmare. We were not able to sleep becouse of it. The breakfast is poor ( butter,marmelade,bred,coffe and milk).

The apartment is confortable and very well located,in the center near to the main sights. There are meny restaurants and coffe shops near by, the size of the apartment id good and it has everything you need in the kitchen. It is very clean. The guys from the agency were great, Tryfon and Manos supported us with everything we asked them ( airport transffer,restaurant reservation,etc). It had baby cot and child chair for meals that helped us alot as we traveled with a baby.

The furniture was very uncomfortable. The pressure on the showers was terrible and the location was pretty rough. We had two sex shops surrounding us and I did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Also, the person who greeted us was very impatient and was irritated we were late because of traffic. Also, beware of the "continental breakfast" claim: it was a package of ham and cheese, sliced bread and packaged cookies. Not a great experience overall.

The apartment itself was clean and upgraded. It was a good size for the four of us and the rooms were decorated nicely.

Smaller bathroom was not in good working condition. The sink or perhaps the toilet leaked water on the bathroom floor and the shower set up was not fully functional. The shower head did not stay up on the rail.

It’s right on the main road so you vehicles noise 24 hours,their poor sound proof can cause people who sensitive to get into sleep well.As we been told their hot water run by solar system so group of four of us don’t really get enough hot water throughout our stay, never had any warm water in the morning,we had a cloudy 3rd day so we don’t get any showers during that day.Both their showers need improvement of one of it poor water flow, the other was slash out to wet whole bath room floor and very slippery.TV remote with dead batteries from our 2nd day.Finally it’s also the stench is coming up from the sewers. Even though the host was a quick response to me on my 1st day to sorting some problems every time but I am fed up to keep making more requests so I’m here to put my long reviews.

very spacious apartment and well equipment kitchen needs with different type of coffee and tea, herds,spices,oil,vinegar also plenty of butter,jam for unlimited bread store in the fridge before we arrive,but we didn’t ask for more because we prefer to try out different local food.Very good location from public transport,taxi and walking distance to many things to do activities.
