Studio is large and tastefully decorated. Nice veranda with a stunning view of the Portocheli bay. Stephanie was very cool and friendly.

We loved the apartment on the 2nd floor. It’s spacious, stylish and has a truly lovely terrace with a panoramic view of the seafront. We had a great few days here.

We always like our own coffee and although there are loads of take away coffee options there is no cafetiere or espresso maker in the apartment.

Great location, on a quiet street right behind the front with a great choice of bars, cafes, restaurants. We hired a small boat and went round Spetses in it, stopping at Agioi Anargiroi beach where we swam ashore for coffee. Beautiful clear water, lots of small fish. Then we stopped at a small bay on the mainland below some fabulous villas. We had a very good meal at Ostria.

Two flights of stairs. The water pressure in the shower wasnt strong enough. The sun was too strong early in the morning coming in, need more black out.

This has to be one of the most astounding apartments I have ever stayed at . . . very centrally located with quick access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We also undertook day trips to Spetses and Ydra. We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment which has a breathtaking view. The apartment itself has been expertly decorated, and appears like one of those apartments in an interior design magazine. Yet it is so comfortable and welcoming you don’t want to leave. Our host was very friendly and helpfull. She gave us a lot of informantion about Porto Cheli and Spetses and she was even willing to carry our luggage from the bus station to the apartments and the other way around.

We didn't like the late night music on the Saturday night and early morning Sunday prayers from 7.30 am.Felt tired all Sunday. Appreciate it was a central location.

The property owner was calling us and annoying us every single day almost for transfers / clarifications / checkin times / check out time etc.

The appartment was on ground floor direct to a small street with a lot of noise from cars, motorbikes, trucks, other people etc. And the view was into another yellow old building. It was a door in the middle of the appartment who wasen't tight so exhaust diffused inside. Problematic to get privacy inside the appartment. There were no ventilator at the kitchen or the bathroom. The bathroom didn't have a shower cabinet, but only a hand shower. The bath room floor was the wet for hours. No changes of towels og new toilet paper. We removed our waste ourselves to containers 200 m away. No possibilities to dry towels or other clothes. The stairs up to the bed was very steep and narrow, and could be dangerous walking in it during the night. The stairs made also kitchening difficult due to very limited space under the stairs. A lot of personal ornaments from the owner everywhere made it difficult to use our own belonings.

The appartment was best suited for backpackers, and not for people used to higher standards.

Actually the pictures of the chosen room was misleading , meaning that there was a big balcony when it was not and having Seaview which was not at all correct. Also the water on the shower and kitchen was very salty and we felt that we try to clean us with water from the sea. When I checked the facility pointed location on google map it was showing an other house that was in the front of that facility and that house had Sea View
