Our concierge Thomas proactively communicated with us regarding everything! He setup our airport transfer, was waiting to retrieve all of our baggage, gave specific instructions around navigating the area and how to take public transportation, etc. The facility was awesome and spacious, very clean, wonderful breakfast, in the center of Fira so walking distance to everything we needed. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Nothing, only on our arrival I was a bit disappointed on our room,but it says that’s what I booked for it was a small room but I told them I want a bigger room for my birthday, and next day I got a bigger room and a nice view as my wish😌

The property had a great location that was walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The views from our private hot tub were beautiful and Costa was extremely helpful. Breakfast is included and tasty!

Everything was perfect.

This hotel was perfect! The location is also fantastic. A short walk, less than 7 minutes, and you are already at the Central Plaza where there are very good restaurants to eat. The suite was super comfortable; a very good size room with a wonderful view, very comfortable bed and a great terrace with a Jacuzzi with water at a perfect temperature. The people at the desk were outstanding! Kostas and Thomas were there to help us with absolutely everything that we could ask for including answering all of our questions, helping us book tours, getting us transportation for anywhere and constantly checking with us for if we needed anything. Fantastic people!!!

Humidity was quite high when it rained (more heavily), so the walls & floor were slightly damp. It didn't bother us too much cos we only stayed 2 nights.

The hot tub felt good in the mild winter (15-18 deg). The staff was warm & helpful. He rescheduled our taxi pickup when we missed our flight. He also recommended some restaurants & explained the bus schedule. Fira was peaceful & quiet and there were some restaurants open in Fira town. We enjoyed our stay & hope to be back.

We stayed in the indoor hot tub room and it was wonderful!!! We had the daily breakfast option, which was customized for each guest by selecting items off a list and then on the nice days we ate outside with a spectacular view or it was delivered to our room. We were a family of 4 and were blown away by this 2 bedroom 2 bath suite!! The decor was thoughtful and had a boho - spa like feel. The Staff was amazing!!! Thanks for making our stay special!!

The staff were great especially Thomas very polite and helpful and thankfully he carried out bags up all the stairs. The room was comfortable and had great views, close to the main square of Fira and restaurants and shops.

Although Effimia was very nice, she wouldn’t let us stay even half hour over the check out time of 11.00 am. No complains otherwise. Just be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. Taxi service is a rip off of 40 euro each way, in contrast to Mykonos where hotel provided it free. Still good hotel and near and clean and nice breakfast. Thomas was very nice.

We were very pleased with our stay. Before traveling, Marco reached out with check-in instructions and asked if we needed any transportation assistance. Our room was lovely. It was clean, had a wonderful atmosphere, a comfortable bed and pillows, and was a quick walk to the main area of Fira. They also offered breakfast, which you were able to pre-select at check-in what you would like to eat.
