Screen mirroring on the TV was sketchy. Gave up and watched a film on my phone. Also the bathroom did smell a bit like drains.

Managed to get an amazing deal for two nights and I was blown away by the luxury of this hotel. My apartment had let me down and I booked this last minute. Was lucky enough to get a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Room was huge, had a comfy sofa and coffee table and lovely bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room has everything you need, (dressing gowns, toiletries and hairdryer etc.), although once you've used 2 x coffee pods and bottles of water you have to pay for more which I haven't had in lower star hotels. Best breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Cocktails in the bar were lovely and the waiter went and asked the bartender to make one that wasn't on the menu. One of the more impressive trays of nuts!

When checking-in and asking at Reception to have your parking fixed to your room they send you to deal with parking staff, instead of sorting it there.

Quality service and level of facilities one can expect from a premium global brand. Very clean and well kept; polite staff; plentiful breakfast, which also comes with a fantastic view as a bonus; parking, although paid and a bit on the expensive side, with no preferred rate for guest.

Not much around the immediate vacinity of the hotel but very easy to get around with Ubers and taxis'.

Lovely hotel, great indoor and outdoor pools, although a little cold in Feb to use the outdoor pools.

The wifi was not as strong as I would have liked in the room, but it was sufficient for what I needed. the bed was a bit firm for my taste, but still comfortable. It would have been nice to be a tad closer to the Plaka area. A solid 20-25min walk from the hotel.

The Hyatt was lovely. A nice room, quite clean and comfortable pillows. The breakfast was very very good and all staff were helpful and kind! It was also a quiet hotel and the rooms are a large size!

Great hotel to visit Athens

The hotel hosts large conferences with can make the lobby area hopelessly over crowded and you can wait quite a while for an elevator during this time.

The hotel is modern. Everything feels clean and fresh. The room we had was spacious, and we had a gorgeous little balcony. The Japanese restaurant on the 8th floor serves superb food, and from the balcony, you have amazing views of the Acropolis. The bar/restaurant on the ground level also serves great food and drinks. There we were served by Natalie on all the times we went there, and she was amazing! The room service menu might look a bit limited but the food was amazing. I must have had the pork sliders at least 10 times during our stay. The little plunge pool on the balcony must be wonderful in summer. I found it useful for swollen feet after multiple, long flights. The spa at the hotel is excellent with multiple pools, a sauna and steam room. The treatments we had there were great with brilliant therapists on duty. The products they sell there are pricey but good. There are some wonderful restaurants in the area, all a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area. I will definitely stay there again.

Could have had a nicer room with a better view. Breakfast could have had some better options.

I went a few days early ahead of a work event. Had some time in the spa and a massage at the hotel. The massage was great.

Nice team work of the reception specialists, the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport is very educated, polite and interesting person. Forgot to mention a breathtaking view from the roof to historical sites, good soundproof of the rooms and cleanliness

Deluxe King room could be bigger, I would maybe consider that a standard room. The main road next to the hotel is a busy road, not much they can do about this.

Room was very spacious and with an appealing interior design. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay was in the room available. I had a view on the Akropolis. The staff especially at reception desk was very welcoming, polite and professional. Breakfast is very good. With a wide choice of food, everything fresh and tasty.
