How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The room was small., As I was solo traveling - everything was perfect for the purpose of my stay.
Very close to the hospital. Minimarket, coffee shop, burgers and bus stop within a radiua of 100 meters.

It is not a place intended for a vacation, but, rather, an excellent place to stay for one night, in transit. This is due to the positioning towards the outskirts of the city, so access from the highway is easy Very clean and well equipped. They don't have a restaurant nearby, so if you come late, you should have something to eat with you. Breakfast can be served at a cafe a few minutes' walk away

It's outside of town, so we had to drive to Larissa for dinner.
Staff was very nice. the rooms are like hotel's rooms but it feels new and well designed. The shower was spacious. I loved the breafast delivery in the morning.

The location is outside the city! if you want to stay in the city of Larissa it is not convenient

The rooms were great, I got a double and a triple room and they were both really comfortable. The staff was really kind and attentive. They don’t have breakfast but it has a cafeteria next to the hotel. In a really calm place.

Just a minor issue for me. I have neck problems and pillows were uncomfortable, but will definitely stay there again, just with my own pillow.
Loved the location - conveniently located next to the hospital. Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms are beautifully designed. Prices are very fair.

The facility is placed in an excellent location, for all those traveling with car. The hospitality structure is modern, clean and new. it is a new investment in the area. Staff is amazing, especially the reception.

The place is totally out of town. For us it was ok, since we want to leave early morning and to be close to the highway. But if you would like to walk up to the center, choose a different place.
You have everything you need to spend one night, in tranzit. But I will not choose this place for longer stay.

The rooms were immaculate and filled with ample natural light. The bathroom was generously sized, and the proximity of the parking area to the room was highly convenient. The staff was friendly and the communication with them before and during the stay was excellent.

Showering was hard. There is no glass door in the shower (it probably has been removed) and as a result, you would spill water all over the place while showering.
Very kind and helpful staff, comfy beds. Peaceful location, great if you have a car, if not it can be challenging but there is also a nearby bus stop.

Totaly messed up interior of othervise new rooms. There in no chair or cabinet to put your things on. Nothing in bathroom as well. Cheapest possible toilet seat on otherwise expensive toilet ceramics. Cheapest shower curtain that sticks to you wet body the moment you open tab. No electric outlets for phone chargin next to bed. Not to go on. A lot of money spent on hotel , but nearly nothing on equipment. To answer on your reply. I was not informed that this is some special room. From all what you descibed, is true that door into bathroom is wider than normal. Since you already starded dicussion in this direction I should tell you that my wife, who was with me, is a doctor of medicine with specialisation for pysical rehabilitation. To be mild. Her opinion of suitability of that room for disabled people is not realy supportive. There is one more . Entrance doors sound insulation does not exist. Probably there were broken once since keylock is taped with duct tape. And so when some guy started early in the morning lawnmoving with motorised Stihl....., It was like he was standing in the room.
