Breakfast was pretty simple and the same for 5 days.

Maria was sooo incredibly helpful to us!!! She was a huge asset to the villas. Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming. Man that carried luggage up and down stairs was incredible. The setting was jaw droppingly gorgeous. Also very convenient location.

Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Every morning it was the exact same. We thought that we would experience more variety especially with the Greek breakfast pies. It was disappointing and had we known we would not have included breakfast in our reservation.

Everything was lovely beginning with our transportation from the Ferry, arranged by Chelidonia Villas to our checkout. The staff was attentive and very helpful with recommendations.

The breakfast could be more varied but we enjoyed the breads, fruit, orange juice, and boiled eggs.

We loved our stay here! As far as costs for staying on the cliffs in Oia, its hard to beat this hotel. You don't view the sunset from your room balcony but the views are so impressive nonetheless. The staff we wonderful. Someone met us at our drop off and carried our bags to our room. There are a decent amount of stairs required to get to and from the rooms so would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The "romantic room" and the "family room" are actually in two different spots- this was not a problem for our group but just something we didn't know until we arrived. The hotel brings breakfast to your room every morning- you sign up for a time the day before.

Breakfast could have been better. Same food each day. Would have liked to have had a different type of muffin or bread. Food was just okay. We ended up grabbing pastries and bread from a bakery and using the condiments given.

The towel rack was broken and cheapy looking. Could have been more sturdy. Wouldn't suit elderly people as the steps are quite tough to get up.

The location was magical facing the sea and you can sit and watch the boats/ships come and go.....and the people too. The rooms are cozy. The staff and the owner we met by chance were so friendly. We were served breakfast in a basket so it was lovely to sit out.

Wow what a view! Chelidonia was superb with a breathtaking view! Our room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful with places to go and restaurants to visit. We loved everything about this lovely place and would highly recommend!

The breakfast basket needs improvement.

Chelidonia traditional villas are lovely and what you would expect. However, in terms of location it wasn't ideal for us as a young family. It's very hard to get to a beach or pool in that location.

There was a misunderstanding about the timing of the transfer to the ferry port, and as a result I received somewhat unfriendly behaviour from a staff member, essentially being told off for running a few minutes late. I feel this could have been handled better, and it is unfortunate that it is how my stay ended.

The location of the property was amazing, but it was also very private - much better than I expected in Oia in August. I never found anyone trying to take photos in front of my door. It was also quiet enough at night even though it was so close to the centre. The reception staff were also great.

Location was central and we have uninterrupted views. Staff were reachable 24/7 and arranged car hire and other bookings for us.

The room was large, and we felt like it was a small apartment. Location and views were amazing.. I can't fault the staff at all, they did everything we asked and were so nice all the time. Would definitely recommend.

The business and intrusiveness of the tourists in Oia can be overwhelming

The property is situated in Oia, the most scenic area of Santorini; however if you value your privacy and peace, think again!

So many people who weren’t staying there we using the stairs for photos - nothing we didn’t like about the property, just didn’t like people blocking the way.

The room view is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. The staff is always kind and helpful, rooms are very clean. And having breakfast in your room in front of the sea is the best thing.

The view from our villa was amazing. everything was very clean and all staff were extremely helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for the island and made our stay so enjoyable. Our children especially enjoyed their warm, had delivered donuts every morning.
