Lots of space, huge balcony, good coffee making facilities and kitchen. Well located for centre of town, but quiet. Shower was large and good water pressure, very relaxing place to stay.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Whilst the furnishings are not all new or very modern, they are in excellent condition and clean. The home has an authentic Greek aesthetic, making it feel like you are a local.

Perfect location near the main square in Fira and the main bus terminal for buses to Oia, the beaches and Akrotiti. The 2 bedroom apartment, located up a short flight of stairs, was spacious and very clean. The kids loved the loft where there were two single beds. Communication with the hosts was excellent. A link was provided with directions to find the apartment. Andreas met us at checkin and provided very thorough and useful information to aid our travel. The lovely port wine for the adults, juices for the kids and home made cake on arrival were a thoughtful welcoming gift which we enjoyed on the spacious balcony. We had only booked for an overnight stay but could easily have stayed longer. Our family was delayed with checkout but our hosts kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour and held our belongings while we completed some chores after checkout. Thank you!

Sometimes outside traffic is still noisy. And the bed in living room is too small and too easy.

Near to town center and main bus station. The owner is so friendly and after we check out, he help us to keep the bag in his office. There are one living room one bedroom,one bathroom and a small kitchen. Especially fit for us(i travel with my father).

The location was amazing! Fira was so walkable and it was a perfect location to explore the island from. Super clean, beds for everyone and even a nice little welcome gift!

The property was comfortable, clean and very near (walking distant) to a lot of restaurants and shops. The property is nice and beautiful. It comes with air conditioner units, which are very important during hot summer. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and utensils. The beds are comfortable. The property is being cleaned by a cleaner every day.

Older style bathroom but functional

Loved the hosts meet n greet with recommendations for the area. Great size for a family of 5 and loved the spacious outdoor balcony. We didn’t cook (no built in hot plate or oven) but why cook when so many amazing options to eat out close by with Caldera Views. Also super close to the bus station for seeing the whole island. Flight of stairs up to apartment were no problem. Host kindly stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout which was greatly appreciated. Loved the room being serviced too! The two bedroom apartment is very spacy and comfortable. We are so glad to stay in there. The beds are very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is nice and has a close shower door (unlike some other hotels have no shower door). The hosts are very friendly and gave us nice introductions and suggestions of some wonderful restaurants in Fira. They even gave us fresh and delicious carrot cake as well as homemade juice/wine.

Nothing wrong with the apartment but is more suited to Summer stay . November is much cooler at night & Andreas had to supply heater. Santorini closes down for the Winter with only a few places remaining open.

Location very good close to all amenities. Andreas was a very good host & dealt with any issues promptly. We especially enjoyed the cakes he gave us which his mother had baked.

The lounge/living area converts to a bedroom for two and was beautifully made up but these beds are perhaps better suited to children than tall adults.

We made the booking only three hours before arrival due to a sudden change of plans. Andreas did everything he could to accommodate us in a very short time. The property is very central with great access to everything in Fira. A short walk to the bus station (but cobblestones can be hard on luggage if you walk). The property is compact but has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Our Host was a very nice person, ready to help anytime! he gave us also many tips how to move in the city and on the island. The flat was clean with everything you need during your stay , even additional towels for sunbathing were there!

The apartment was very comfortable, bed was really good. Andreas was very helpful on the arrival and answered all our questions. They even welcomed us with a homemade cake and liqueur. Kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking breakfast.

Andreas and his mom were most helpful and accommodating host. Andreas booked us two of best restaurants in Fira for our two nights stay. He was always around to answer questions and offer help. Big thank you Andreas The flat was comfortable and clean. Beds are very comfy and relaxing The open balcony was an added bonus. Everything you need is provided for ( except for washing machine ) but including blue beach towels to take to the beach with you. 2 split type air conditioning units kept us cool during our stay.very important during hot summer months. our teens enjoyed their bedroom in the mezzanine floor. Not the.luxury type but if you want comfy and clean and great location accommodation with the most generous host this is the place to stay.

very comfortable stay for our family of four. convenient location close to Fira but on a quiet street a bit away from the tourists. Andreas was very accommodating letting us come early and store our luggage in the office.
