An amazing villa, quiet and with an ocean view. Good facilities, in a good location but if you don’t have a car you MUST have a taxi driver’s phone number or else you wouldn’t be able to leave the villa. A drive to Hersonissos is about 10 minutes. Taxis are a bit expensive.if you’re able to rent a car do it.

nothing !! I would just advice a car so you can see more of the island , but taxi are available & really quick and easy to get hold of.

we loved the stunning views, the aesthetic of the property & how amazing the safe were ! nothing was ever too much & they replied to any questions quickly ! they even got us a cake , balloons & party hats as we were celebrating my mums 60th.

The only thing we thought was lacking is a hand rail for the steep stone internal stairs for kids and older people. It would also be reassuring for people with children to be able to lock the door to the basement/cellar from the villa side as the steps below are also steep. These are important safety considerations.

We loved everything about our villa: it was spotlessly clean on arrival and the 4-day maid service kept it so. The location is amazing, views are wonderful and the villa is both comfortable and luxurious enough without losing its homely feel. The rooms and facilities are perfect. Pantelis was a very welcoming and helpful host: nothing was too much trouble for him. He even helped us out by taking me to the local shops on the first day when we had no hire car due to the extremely late arrival of our flight (early hours). We will almost certainly return.

Absolutely beautiful Villa set in a peaceful location, including sunset views. Stayed in 1 of the 3 available villas in September 2021. Amazing welcome by the host including recommendations of local restaurants that were excellent. Recommend hiring a car as nothing is really in walking distance, Lidl a five minute drive for any food/drinks required. Pool is cold but so refreshing. Host could not have been more helpful amazing service. We will be definitely be returning. The property even survived the significant earthquake whilst we was there :-)

Nothing to complain about

Our stay in the villa was fantastic. The house is very nice and clean. The large terrace with beautiful pool and brilliant view of the sea is magical. The staff is very very friendly and polite and makes you feel completely comfortable. We always had a contact person who also gave us tips for excursions and restaurants. A great service. Thank you Pantelis! We were very sad that we had to leave already and will be happy to come back.

Nothing, everything was excellent!

Everything! Honestly, as a Marriott Ambassador and Hyatt Globalist member, I stay at one of the two hotel chains about 99.9% of the time. My stay Caldera Villas was better than I could have ever expected. From the exceptional service, everyone associated with the Villa was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was fine. After a 20+ hour travel day from California, they were available at midnight to allow us to check in! The Villa is perfect, modern, full kitchen, incredible pool area and views! What you see in the picture is exactly what you get in person! I can not wait to come back again for another visit!
