The taxi couldn't get to the hotel and had to stop nearly 2 blocks away.

Friendly staff in both the hotel and restaurant where had excellent breakfasts. It was close to all amenities. The electronic access to everything is great and means no carrying of keys.

2 Things: 1- Better , or more comfortable patio/balcony furniture would allow us to use and enjoy this feature for longer. The simple metal round table and chairs are fairly uncomfortable. 2- The prepaid breakfast option was something I would not do again. Folk cafe was excellent food but the prepaid Bob W menu for breakfast was very limited and often we ordered off the main menu instead. But definitely do not miss eating at Folk at least once. Excellent food

The size and layout of the apartment was excellent. Two rooms, each with their own balcony. Ultra Clean! The main reason I got this room was for the 2 room feature as I was traveling with my mother. I did not expect such beautiful balconies with great view of the Acropolis and surrounding neighborhoods You really should feature this front and center in my opinion. Whenever we were in the apartment, we were outside enjoying the space much more than inside. The location of Bob W Elou could not have been any better! Everything is directly outside the door... I mean everything! The staff was very friendly and responsive to any needs, such as towels or scheduling a cleaning. Kudos to them Thank you

Fantastic place. Very helpful staff ready to help anybtime via whatsup..Very good breakfast downstaris in the bar. I recommemd this place. We lived in a roomy apartment in 5th floor with our 3 kids. One thimg- vhurch bells woke us up at 6 for 1 munbut we managed to fall asleep, maybe because it was Easter time? Otherwise we were surprised with the service, fantastic view, some little surprises. Thank you !

It's a great hotel in a great location. It's clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony, and it was big. The room has everything you may need on a trip, including even more. There is el-key access 24/7 and Wi-Fi. Good shampoo and conditioner (important for girls!) I felt like I had a personal manager during my stay.

The sofabed was very uncomfortable thank god we only stayed for 2 nights our daughter is only 3 years old so we were able to share the bed. The body towels dimensions definitely need to be bigger.I think a physical key is necessary as the whole app and digital key idea is great but if your phone battery dies, you can face difficulties to enter to the building and definitely to your room.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Under the building there is a really nice cafe. And just 1 corner to the most popular cafe and bars… The rooms were very clean, modern. Very important notice; once you finnished the booking, you have to check your email coming from the hotel. Because this is an airbnb hotel, nobody at the reception. The main door and the room door opens by a link sent by the hotel. And you have to take care about your cell phone battery, because you show your mobile phone to the doors to unlock them…

One- there was a lot of noise from the church Nextdoor. Two- they didn’t clean the room in the 4 says we were there and even when they came to through the trash the did not clean or organize anything else

The air conditioner mode was pre-set (heat or cool) and I had to ask the staff to reset it. In general not having control of it was a bit annoying but didn't cause any issues. I can imagine in cold or hot weather this wouldn't be a problem since everyone agree on being cold or hot. We traveled in late March and the weather was confusing (temperature was changing frequently day by day) and we had to decide everyday if we want the room warmer or colder.

Super clean and efficient room. The check-in and entrance to the building and the room was all possible through the mobile phone, so it was super quick and easy. Very friendly and caring staff. Location is very central, most attraction are in walking distance. Nice restaurants and bars just few minutes (even seconds) away. We had access (digital key) to a room that we could put our luggage there or have extra towels and toilet paper or ironing equipments.

The hotel is very well located for those seeking to explore Athens and enjoy the charming alleys of the old city. Very welcoming and attentive owners. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Breakfast price, bathroom and shower walls made of non transparent glass, but makes you feel uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a sister or mother, being you a man, if you need to use it while they’re in the room. Not a deal breaker, in general Bob W is a excellent place to stay in Athens

Location, cleanliness, new installations, close to main tourist sites, close to the metro and buses, plenty of restaurants and shops, great people taking care of you perhaps there’s not receptionist, hight tech but easy to use to open doors and luggage room, strong and fast WiFi, affordable, soundproof, excellent shower, comfy beds and pillows, in short… great!
